In the name of Allah,

The most compassionate,

The all merciful.

Relax.

Close your eyes.

Sit up straight and set an intention.

Take a deep breath in to your belly.

Hold it.

And exhale for four.

Again deep breath in for two.

Hold it.

And exhale for four.

Breathe in deep one last time.

Peel your belly,

Expand.

Hold it.

And exhale nice and long.

Breathe in deep from this ocean of energy and light.

Breathe.

Relax.

Surrender.

And smile.

Breathe and fill your body with light.

The light of the divine.

Become infused with light and love.

Relax your body.

Allow this light to flow gently with ease.

Become infused with light and love.

Love for the divine.

As you are relaxing,

As you are breathing,

You are opening to love.

Getting rid of all the negativity.

As you exhale,

Exhale and let go of all the fear,

The doubts,

The worries.

And surrender to the one.

Making space for only his light.

The light of a noor to shine through.

Each breath nourishes and kindles the light.

Give your body the love that it deserves.

The love that it needs to be healthy.

To be happy.

To be alive.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive the past.

Forgive others.

Right now.

This moment is all that matters.

Exhale and let it all go.

Knowledge starts right here and right now.

Breathe.

Breathe and open up your heart to Al-Fattah.

The opener.

The one who reveals and opens doors.

Breathe and allow Al-Fattah to open your heart to the truth.

To love.

Al-Fattah.

The one who relieves us from sorrows,

Our worries and from our grief.

Surrender to him.

Surrender all your fear to Al-Fattah.

Breathe.

And exhale all your fears and worries,

Your anxieties.

Imagine placing them into a box.

Teal that box and surrender it to Al-Fattah.

And ask him.

Ask him to replace them with his love,

With peace,

With tranquility,

With gratitude,

With serenity.

Breathe and make space in your heart for him and only him.

Al-Fattah.

The one whose light is hidden even in the darkest corners.

Al-Fattah.

The key.

The key that opens the heart to Allah so that we may find him in us.

Breathe.

Breathe and go deep into the core of your being.

With every breath.

Imagine the name Al-Fattah blossoming into a beautiful flower within your heart.

Feel the flower opening.

Gently place your hand on your heart.

Feel it beating.

Feel the warmth in your heart.

Now in your mind.

Repeat the name.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

You open to us the gates of kindness.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Open to us the gates of knowledge.

And the love of you.

Give thanks.

Breathe and give thanks for this day.

Gently bring your awareness back to your body.

And when you're ready,

Bring a smile to your face.

And open your eyes to a new you.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.

Al-Fattah.
