In the name of Allah,

The Most Kind,

The All Merciful.

Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One more time,

Deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Fantastic!

You are doing so well.

Now imagine your feet relaxing gently and feeling as if they're falling asleep.

Can you feel it?

Now imagine as if your body is falling asleep.

You are feeling so relaxed and so very happy.

Now,

I want you to imagine a beautiful,

Cool,

White light all around you,

Surrounding your whole body.

Around your head,

Your shoulders,

It's around your arms,

Your tummy,

Around your legs,

All the way to your feet.

This beautiful white light is protecting you always.

When you see it,

It's as if you're in this big bubble of light.

Now I want you to imagine this light of anur in your heart.

Imagine it in your heart.

This light in your heart feels so good.

It makes you feel so safe,

So protected,

So calm and so happy.

Now imagine this light getting bigger and bigger surrounding you.

This is the light of Allah who guides you and shows you the way.

This is the light of his love for you because he loves you so very much.

Does that make you smile?

You can smile if you want.

Smile and imagine this light turning into different colors,

Like a rainbow.

What colors do you see?

Imagine taking this light,

The light of anur and sharing it with your family,

Sprinkling it all over your house so your house can shine with this light.

Imagine yourself sharing this rainbow light with your parents,

With your brothers and sisters or your friends.

Sharing it with your neighbors.

Sharing it with everyone you know and even people you don't know and spreading so much happiness all around.

Now I want you to put your hand on your heart and in your mind say thank you Allah for your light.

Thank you for being in my heart.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and let it all out through your mouth and remember this feeling in your heart.

This warm,

Really nice feeling in your heart.

When you're ready,

You can start wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes.

And now you may open your eyes.
