Nowadays, many people feel broken, feel inner conflicts and struggles that don’t allow them to feel whole and use their full potential in this lifetime. When people feel negative emotions or notice those qualities they don’t like in themselves, they reject them. So they don’t accept certain parts of themselves. People also inherit and integrate certain unconscious programs that don't initially belong to them, that create those inner conflicts within them and limit their true potential. This meditation is aimed to help you to return those pieces of the soul that don’t belong to you and call upon all rejected parts of you, get them back and integrate them within your energy body. You will be able to feel whole and complete, happier and more peaceful at the present moment.
