You just connect with your breathing.

Diving deeper into your true self.

Slowing down the pace of your breath.

You relax your body.

Going into your inner depths.

Get ready for this practice.

Close your eyes.

Relax fully your body.

Allow your awareness to rise.

Slow down your breathing.

Follow your breath.

You reach your inner space.

Feeling inner strength.

Take a deep breath in from your belly to your head.

Feeling how your chest rises following this breathing thread.

You allow the out-breath empty your lungs.

You feel how your muscles relax while you are being still.

Breathe consciously.

Follow the path of your breath.

Feel the energy of each in and out breath.

Breathe lower and deeper.

Concentrate on this space.

Feel inner sensations and your inner space.

Breathe in and out.

In and out.

Breathe deeply with no doubt.

Be aware of your breath and how you feel.

Keep breathing while being still.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Try to breathe deeply through your heart.

Breathe in light.

Out love.

You radiate with your essence light and love.

Breathe in light.
