Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating machinery.

This meditation is here to guide you gently into rest,

Into ease,

Into the kind of sleep that restores and remembers who you are.

Listening regularly helps your nervous system unwind,

Your breath deepen,

And your subconscious open to healing.

Inner peace is your birthright.

You don't have to earn it,

Just receive it.

So get cozy,

Drop your expectations,

And let go of the day.

Let my voice guide you like the voice of a dear and trusted friend.

You are safe.

You are loved.

And you are powerful.

Set an intention for tonight's meditation.

Maybe something simple like,

I want to feel calm,

I want to reconnect with myself,

Or I want to remember I belong.

Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

And let it go slowly.

Again,

Slower this time,

In through your nose,

And let it go slowly.

Let your shoulders fall as you exhale.

And one more,

In through your nose,

And let yourself sigh it out.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Let it soften.

Soften your forehead,

Let your eyelids get heavy.

Unclench your jaw,

And let your tongue rest.

Drop your shoulders,

Let your arms grow heavy.

Soften your chest and your belly.

Let them rise and fall with ease.

Relax your hips.

Let your thighs melt.

Unwind your knees,

Your calves.

Let your ankles release.

And feel your feet soften.

And your toes uncurl.

You are here.

You are ready to rest.

Now imagine a gentle staircase made of stardust,

Leading downward into a glowing,

Peaceful garden.

Each step you take brings you deeper into rest,

Deeper into your own peace,

Guiding you into a quiet sanctuary where your soul can soften.

With every number I say,

You'll feel more at ease,

More open,

More safe.

You are home.

You are safe.

Tonight,

Let me take you to a place hidden deep within the dreaming lands.

A place that only reveals itself to those who seek it with softened hearts and stilled breath.

It begins at twilight.

You find yourself walking along a forest path,

The air warm and dusky with the scent of wild mint and moss.

The light is soft,

Painted with lavender and gold.

Your feet land gently on a trail of fallen leaves.

There's no hurry here.

The forest feels alive,

But not in a way that demands.

It simply hums.

Ahead,

You notice tiny flickers of light,

Glowing orbs floating just above the ground.

One by one,

They begin to gather,

Guiding you forward.

These are not fireflies,

And they're not quite stars.

They're lantern fey,

Keepers of the lantern grove.

The fey do not speak with words,

But they hum a song your body remembers.

It settles into your bones,

Gentle and rhythmic,

Like a lullaby of the earth itself.

You follow their light deeper into the woods.

Trees arch overhead in soft canopies.

Their branches swaying as if they too are breathing.

The ground beneath you becomes softer,

More moss than soil,

Until you come to a circular clearing surrounded by ancient oaks.

In the center,

A pool glows with soft blue light.

You are invited to sit,

And as you do,

The fey gather around you,

Circling the pool.

One by one,

They offer you gifts.

Not things to hold,

But feelings to receive.

A memory of laughter.

A warm sensation of being seen.

A moment when you felt completely safe.

The scent of summer rain.

They place these in the water,

And the pool glows brighter.

You watch,

Letting the glow wash over you.

It doesn't ask anything of you,

It only gives.

This is a place where you are nourished by peace.

A peace older than fear.

You don't need to do anything,

Just stay here.

Breathe.

Let the forest hold you.

The lantern fey dim their lights humming softer now.

You feel your own breath sinking with the rhythm of the water.

You hear one last whisper from the grove.

You are welcome here,

Always.

You've done enough for today.

Let go of everything else.

Let your body remain soft.

Let your breath stay slow.

You are safe to rest.

You are safe to dream.

You are safe to release.

Let yourself drift now,

Into the quiet,

Into the dark,

Into the soft center of your own being.

Nothing more to do,

Just sleep.
