Feeling a sense of opening.
Breathe out,
Feeling stillness and rest.
Breathe in and open.
Breathe out as you let go.
Feel the life and energy in your body.

Thoughts may come up.
If they do,
Let them go and come back to your breath.

You're falling deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Keep connecting with your feelings.

Excitement.
How do you want to feel?
Who do you want to be surrounded by?
Now imagine how you want to feel with your partner.
What would you spend time doing together?
Maybe you want to feel supported,
Loved,
Safe,
Heard,
Trust.
Remember the most important part is the feeling.
Now visualize what work you want to do in the world.
What's your dream job?
Where are you located?
How many hours do you work a week?
Do you work for yourself or someone else?
Who's surrounding you?
How do you want to feel?
When you visualize your life,
How do you want to feel every day when you wake up?
How do you want to feel when you lay your head on your pillow at night?
Let any fear or negative thoughts just float away and come back to your breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And with each breath,
You're falling deeper and deeper to what it would feel like to be living your dream life.
Now envision,
Release all of these requests out into the universe.
Now go into your day with this feeling and trust that your greater power is bringing these dreams to you.
