Hi,

This is Morgan at splendid yoga.

Sit comfortably.

Sit imperfectly like gravity is pulling all of your muscles down to the ground.

Let yourself slump and melt.

Feel heavy.

Notice your breath.

What does it feel like?

What's moving to accommodate your inhale?

What's engaging to create your exhale?

Now sit perfectly.

Sit tall and feel the muscles that are touching the ground actively pushing down into the ground to lift yourself up away from the pull of gravity.

Feel your corset muscles engage to lengthen all of the sides of your torso,

The entire circumference growing longer,

Taller.

Relax your shoulders and release any facial expression.

Close your eyes and direct your eyeballs down the tip of your nose.

Breathe.

What does it feel like to breathe in this shape?

Gently blink your eyes open and stare at one thing and say thank you.
