This is Monika and I'm really glad that you are here today with me.
In today's meditation,
We will be doing a morning glory meditation,
A soft nurturing practice to help you start your day with calm clarity and a gentle positive energy that stays with you.
So wherever you are right now,
Just take a moment to settle in,
No rush,
No pressure.
You can sit comfortably or even lie down,
Whatever feels right and good for you in this moment.
Now gently close your eyes and let's begin with the slow and deep breath in and a soft and easy exhale out.
Now take a long and deep breath in and slowly exhale,
Beautiful.
One more inhale and exhale.
Now as you continue breathing naturally,
Just start noticing how your body feels right now.
No need to fix anything,
Nothing to change,
Just observe with a little kindness.
Maybe relax your shoulders,
Soften your face and let your jaw gently unclench.
Just allow your body to be.
Now gently bring your awareness to your heart space and silently and softly repeat after me.
Today I choose calm.
Today I choose calm.
Today I choose clarity.
Today I choose clarity.
And today I allow things to flow with ease.
Today I allow things to flow with ease.
Now take a moment and really feel these words and let them sink in into your heart,
Mind and body.
So nice.
Now imagine your day ahead,
But instead of rushing or overthinking,
Just see it unfolding smoothly,
Peacefully,
One step at a time.
You don't need to do everything at once.
You just need to take one calm step and then the next.
That's enough.
Now take one more deep inhale and slowly exhale.
One more inhale and exhale.
And when you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness back.
Maybe move your fingers a little,
Roll your shoulders and slowly open your eyes.
Now carry this calm energy with you throughout your day.
