So pranayama is one of the most important aspects of yoga.
Breath techniques can heal your mind,
Your body,
Your emotional state.
There's like,
Hundreds of benefits to pranayamas.

And so many of my student friends have told me it's changed their life.
So here's just one for you.
It's called Nadi Shodun.
And then take your peace fingers.
Put it to your third eye or you can put it down.
You're going to take your thumb to your right nostril and your ring finger to your left.
And on an inhale,
Slowly breathe up through the left.
Very top close it and exhale out the light Inhale,
Back up the right.
And exhale out to the left.
That's it.
You just continue doing that.
Could be for one minute.
Could be for three.
Could be for 10.
Just see what happens when you finish for one minute.
See how you feel.
In your mind,
In your heart,
In your.
.
.
Being.
See.
The resonance,
The frequency,
The vibration.
That you feel.
And that's why we do pranayama.
At any age,
We all need it.
