Welcome.

Let us begin by finding a comfortable position,

Sitting down,

Either legs crossed or feet on the ground.

Close your eyes,

Find a soft gaze down to the ground.

Let us begin by taking five deep breaths.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Taking your time,

Calling all of yourself into this moment,

Into the here and now.

With each breath,

Letting go of what happened yesterday or a minute ago and fully arriving into this moment.

Really being with your breath as if nothing else in the world exists.

Feeling the power of your conscious will as you breathe,

You receive the breath,

Fully expanding your lungs and then giving the breath back.

And now,

After that fifth exhale,

Letting go,

No longer using your will to breathe.

Now,

Just noticing the breath and letting your breath pick up where you left off.

Seeing your breath with wonder as if you're seeing it for the first time.

Feeling so connected to the intelligence within you,

Breathing you and living through you in this moment.

Feeling the aliveness within you.

Your pulse,

Your heartbeat,

The many different systems working inside of you.

Your cells,

All playing together as a beautiful orchestra,

Working together as one.

And now,

Pay attention to the space in between the inhale and the exhale.

Place where it switches from the inhale to the exhale,

Finding the silence and letting anything that's still holding you hostage,

That's gripping onto you,

Tugging at you.

Letting it all go,

Just for this moment,

Giving yourself permission to be completely empty.

Expanding into the stillness,

Feeling spacious,

Feeling your vastness,

Your expansiveness,

The nothingness.

And from this place of emptiness,

Setting an intention,

A declaration of who you will be today.

What version of you are you calling in today?

As you call in this version,

Remembering who you are.

I am the universe.

I am a creator.

Pure awareness,

Pure consciousness.

I am powerful beyond measure.

I am infinitely and naturally abundant.

I am healthy and vibrant.

I am an energetic match for joy and happiness.

Bring in this version of you now.

Who will you be today?

Feel it.

Come in.

Like a flower blooming into its full expression,

Its full version.

No limits,

No ceilings.

Fully expressed.

Unapologetically.

Fully shining.

Fully living.

What does this version of you look like?

What does it act like?

How does it face today?

Taking a moment to visualize this version of you.

Living life today.

How will you face challenge today?

How will you face life today?

Qualities are emerging within you today.

What does it feel like to be fully expressed into your greatness?

Feeling yourself in this moment.

This beautiful,

Perfect,

Once in a lifetime,

Never to be lived again moment.

Feeling yourself grounded.

Your legs on the surface.

Your clothes on your body.

Your blood pumping through your body,

Through your veins.

Feeling your eyelids shut.

And now,

Once again,

Using your conscious will to breathe as we end our practices.

Five deep breaths,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

No rush.

Just like we started.

Integrating everything from this meditation and bringing your attention into this moment.

Into the here and now.

And when you've done your last exhale.

Coming back into the room.

And opening up your eyes and seeing life through this new version of you.

Calming voice and music. Great way to set an intention for the day. A lot of time with no guidance which I like. Ends a bit abruptly but still very good.
