Hi,
This is Mona from Total Healing and Wellness.
In this meditation,
We will visit the upper world to meet your higher self or your guide.
And you go up.
You may take stairs,
A flying bird,
A fly by yourself,
Anything you like.
And I will guide you.
You're going to pass the clouds,
The sun,
The stars,
And the universe.
And you go all the way above as high as you can.
And if you can't do that and you see a door somewhere,
Get inside the door and you can do your journey there.
But go as high as you can and up there,
You're going to meet somebody,
A person,
Or your higher power,
Or higher self,
Or an ancestor.
You can bring this person in front of you.
But to start that,
I'm going to ask you to bring something with you that you are going to offer to this person because she's going to give you a gift.
When you get to this person,
If you have a question about your past or your future,
Because this person can see both ways,
This person may be your higher self.
Ask her and she or he will give you the answer.
So breathe gently.
Breathe gently through your lungs.
And now you're completely at peace.
You're at peace with yourself.
You feel good.
Your neck is relaxed.
Your head is relaxed.
And you can feel your lungs full of freedom.
Your complete freedom.
Entering a beautiful white light in your lungs and exhaling gently.
Keep breathing gently.
And you can imagine,
Maybe with your animal spirit or with an angel in your hand,
And you're going to start moving out of your body.
You're going to move out of your body and start to fly.
And gently,
You're going to take the stairway and go up.
Gently go up.
Up.
And up.
And as you're moving up,
You can pass the clouds.
Maybe you can look at the earth down there.
And you can pass the stars,
All the beautiful stars.
But if you feel like you should stop at some point,
Just stay there.
There's nothing wrong with that.
And you're going to go above and above the stars,
Way above the stars.
And there is going to come somebody.
Maybe somebody who looks like you or not.
But this person is going to come close to you.
This person is going to come close to you and he or she is going to look at you and you're going to look at them.
You know them.
You know this person.
And you feel very good.
This person is infinite.
They have no end and no beginning.
This person is big and huge.
And as you enter closer to this person,
You enter into this immense space.
This immense space.
Where you feel safe.
You feel powerful.
You feel awake.
You feel everything.
But that doesn't have any importance anymore.
You're immortal.
You are touching the life of immortality in you.
Maybe this woman has gone through so many different paths and is going to go through so many different paths.
But that does not have any importance.
You're there.
You're completely there.
You're one with this person.
And look how big,
How immense,
How infinite this being is.
You're infinite.
And there is no end to you.
You won't die touching this person.
And there is no beginning.
You're just one.
One with this being and you can see everything.
Every detail of your journey is coming here to earth.
You're like a storyboard.
You can see the infinity.
And you know that looking at these stories and stories and stories of who you are and who you've been is not the most important.
Touching the soul that's inside you.
Touching this infinite soul.
What a beauty.
You see the beauty that you have there.
See how all these troubles have made you such a beautiful one.
See how much fun you had.
And maybe so much hardship.
But what's more important is that you're there forever and you feel safe.
Because you know it.
There is no end to you.
No beginning.
And being in this fantastic place inside.
Maybe you want to retry the story of yourself.
See something you wanted to touch.
Or maybe you want to see something in your future.
You can see everything.
The whole book is there.
The whole book is yours.
Nobody can touch it.
Nobody can see it.
So have the spirit help.
If you want.
For it to give you something.
Something you were looking for.
Maybe in your life.
Something that you wanted to know why.
Something precious you want to know about yourself.
Ask the spirit to give it to you.
To show it to you.
Stay in this immense place.
Stay in this immense place.
And as the spirit gives it to you.
Give something in exchange.
Something of you.
Maybe a kiss.
A flower.
Whatever you want.
And embrace your higher power.
And together slowly.
Come back.
Come back into your heart.
But before you return completely into your body.
Look at yourself.
Look at how beautiful you are.
You're so beautiful.
Look at yourself with the eyes of the spirit.
You can achieve whatever you want.
You're a wonderful being and you know it.
And that's just the beginning.
And as you and the spirit come into your body.
It's going to drop some light into your heart.
A huge light.
And you're going to feel your heart expanding.
Becoming lighter and lighter.
You know who you are.
Or maybe not.
But you know you're infinite and that makes your heart get bigger and bigger.
And all the beings upon you are infinite.
And you love all of them.
So beautiful.
Come back to your heart with the light of the spirit.
And whenever you're back.
Start to breathe gently into your lungs.
Bringing back the essence of your infinite soul.
And so be it.
