Breathe in for four counts,
Hold it for four counts,
And exhale for four counts.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold,
Exhale.
Deep breath in,
Hold,
And exhale.
Now feel the top of your head.
Feel your forehead.
Loosen the muscles on your forehead,
Around your eyebrows,
Around your temples.
Loosen your ears,
The back of your head.
Notice your jaw.
Loosen your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your palms.
Now notice your fingers.
Release any tension from your hands.
Notice your chest.
Notice your upper abdomen.
Notice your back.
Notice your lower back.
And now moving forward.
Notice your lower abdomen.
Loosen your hips.
Loosen your thighs.
Loosen your knees.
Loosen your calves.
Release all tension in your legs.
Loosen your ankles,
Your feet,
And now your toes.
Release all that no longer serves you.
Release everything that does not serve your highest good.
Replace it with love,
With healing energy,
And wisdom.
