Hello and welcome to this self-love practice,
Allowing the body and mind to arrive to this space and moment,
Closing the eyes or finding a gentle focus and starting to connect deeper with the body,
Beginning to shift from side to side,
Swaying with the wind,
This music,
Your inner flow or rhythm,
Feeling this movement,
Allowing the energy of the body to circulate,
Maybe making circles with the body,
Bringing the shoulders towards the legs and then leaning back opening the chest,
Noticing how this movement feels and now beginning to connect this movement with the breath,
Taking an inhale through the nose and sighing it out,
Allowing any negative energy to be released,
Inhaling,
Feeling this flow in the body and deeply exhaling,
Letting something go,
Inhale,
Tuning deeper into this movement and exhaling,
Releasing and relaxing,
Breath in,
Allowing energy of the body to feel positive and aligned,
Breath out,
Releasing any energy that has been stuck or stagnant,
Starting to settle into an alignment with the body,
Allowing the movements to be smaller or releasing them completely,
Taking your deepest breath yet,
Holding this breath in the body,
Feeling a deep sense of alignment and slowly sighing it out,
Allowing the breath to flow naturally,
Grounding through the seat,
Connecting to the earth below you,
Feeling a softness through the body,
A lightness maybe,
A release,
Starting to think and reflect on you,
Your body and your mind through a lens of love,
Giving yourself permission to reflect on you,
Loving yourself through this self-reflection.

Ah.
In this big and beautiful world,
We each have the gift of an individual vessel and soul.
This gift allows us to think differently,
To grow individually,
To experience life uniquely.
But in life,
There is a message of needing to think,
Grow and experience from a place of sameness,
A belief that we need to be like others,
Be someone else.
Thinking about this for a moment,
Maybe reflecting on changes that you've made,
Decisions that haven't been your own or beliefs that have hindered your ability to be yourself.
I'll be quiet as you reflect for a moment.
Ah.
And now tuning into how this sameness,
This limitation,
This belief has made you feel,
Has that change or decision,
That belief helped you in some way.
I'll be quiet as you reflect again for a moment.
Ah.
The world is starting to open up and accept in ways we've never seen before.
There's a new belief system rising,
A deep belief that we are all deserving of being ourselves.
This is only half of the truth.
While,
Yes,
We are deserving of being ourselves,
It is necessary to be ourselves.
It is essential.
The world requires you,
Your unique vessel and soul.
Thinking about this for a moment,
Thinking about what being yourself,
Your unique self means.
I'll be quiet for a moment.
Ah.
And how does your individual self,
Your absolute self contribute to this world?
How does it change and benefit this world?
I'll be quiet again.
As you step further into this thought,
This reflection,
How does it feel?
Empowering,
Exciting,
Aligned.
There is a reason that trying to fit in by being someone other than ourselves doesn't feel good.
It's the universe or spirit or God's way of saying no,
No,
We don't need another so and so.
We don't need a replica of someone else.
We don't need you to be anything other than yourself.
Feeling into this,
How does it feel to embrace your true self?
Holding this alignment,
This power,
I'll be quiet as you tune deeper into this feeling.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding this breath,
Feeling the power within and exhaling out of the mouth.
Releasing any desire to be anyone other than yourself.
The world needs you to be you.
Bringing the palms together in prayer position for our final closing.
