Please begin by sitting comfortably either sitting sat upright on the floor or in a chair with your spine tall and your sit bones evenly grounded.
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw and allow your eyes to close and your awareness to draw inside.
Begin to breathe deeply into your body so that you can let go of your day responsibilities,
To-do lists.
Allow yourself to become present with yourself in this moment and begin to take some deep full expansive breaths into your body and exhale releasing the breath out and again nice big full breaths into the body releasing the breath out.
Do three more breaths in this way full expansive breaths into the top of the lungs and then exhale releasing.
And then allow the breath to normalize into a natural cadence and rhythm,
Not controlling or changing just stepping into that a witness an observation with your full attention on the breath.
Now bring your awareness to the lowest point,
The root chakra known as Muladhara and the color is red.
The sound is Lam.
We'll take a nice big full deep breath in together and repeat the mantra Lam three times.

Visualize this point sensing and feeling all experience.
Move your awareness up now to the second chakra,
Svatistana.
Located at the base of the spinal column,
Visualize it as a point of light.

Move your awareness up to Manipura,
The navel chakra.

Move your awareness up to the heart chakra,
Anahata.
The color is green and the mantra is Yam.

Move your awareness up to the throat chakra,
Vishuddhi.

Finally bring your awareness to the crown of the head,
