In a moment we're going to do a heart coherence breath.

Begin by closing your eyes gently and placing your hands on your ribs and start to breathe into your ribs.

Feeling your ribs expand and contract.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

Really feel your ribs expand and contract.

And now bring your awareness to your nostrils.

You may be able to hear or feel the air through your nostrils.

Start to breathe so gentle and so light that the air through your nostrils becomes silent.

Continue breathing but you're breathing so gently that you can hardly feel or hear the breath.

And as you focus on your nostrils and breathing so gently and so lightly,

You might be able to start to feel yourself relax.

Taking a deep breath in and then sighing out to begin.
