Thank you! 🤍Nice to hear these words. Very informative about the raised cortisol levels in the morning. Explains alot! I have to remind myself that I don’t have to solve all the world‘s problems (my own imagined anxiety) first thing in the morning. Give yourself an hour or two just to acclimate/ease into the day🤍
