As we continue to upgrade vibrationally on all levels within the physical body and our energy body,
We experience at times emotional trauma which may present themselves as fear,
Anxiety or even triggers of not being enough,
Feeling enough,
Having enough.
Now is a time when we all need to find peace within ourselves to help with clarity,
To heighten our intuition,
To bring us guidance when we're currently in a place of uncertainty.
Please join me in this meditative healing journey that I have channeled with its aim to help you move more easily through this situation,
To find that sacred space,
To find that inner peace,
To find that wisdom.
So I ask you now to make yourself comfortable and gently close your eyes.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply in and out,
Centering the body.
Settle into the journey that awaits you now and as you begin to breathe in and out,
I want you to notice how the air feels as it fills your lungs.
Allow it to fill your body with clean,
Fresh,
Healing air on the inhale.
Visualize,
Feel or just know on the inhale your body is filling with this beautiful,
Healing,
Clean,
Fresh air and on the exhale releasing negativity,
Fear and anxiety and really feel how it moves out of your body.
Again visualizing it or just knowing it.
As you exhale that release of that dense energy of any negative attachments,
Fears or anxieties and just continue with this for a few moments.
As you take in a big inhale,
You see that beautiful,
Clean,
Crisp,
Fresh,
Healing air enter your body,
Filling all the space within you and as you exhale even more density,
More negativity,
More fear,
More anxiety leaves your body to the point where there is none left and all that is left within you is a body full of clean,
Fresh,
Healing air that has permeated down to the cells of the body,
Into your DNA.
And I want you now just to gently take your awareness to your sacral chakra,
Which is a space just below the belly button.
Place one hand on your belly button or both,
Whatever is easiest for you and just really feel into that space,
Into that sacral chakra,
Allowing the breath to fill the belly and with every exhale releasing even more unwanted and unnecessary energy that your body may be holding on to.
Breathe in healing,
Exhale negativity,
Breathe in air energy,
Exhaling fear and as you focus even more of your attention on the sacral chakra,
I want you to begin to feel this beautiful energy that you've breathed in,
Really filling this space.
You may be able to hear a pulsating sensation or possibly even feel it.
It may even feel like as if your heartbeat is coming from that sacral chakra.
Whatever it is for you,
Just be open to feel into any sensations,
Any feelings or any images that you may be seeing through your inner wisdom,
Your third eye,
That space between the brow.
And as you continue to focus on the air of the sacral chakra,
I want you to begin to see any of these known fears that you may have and be open to any hidden fears that may be lying there.
And these hidden fears may be coming from a place of old trauma,
Possibly even past lives.
They could even be coming from our subconscious mind.
Fears of others that we've taken on,
Whatever it may be,
Just allow them just to come through,
To acknowledge them.
Because in this space of acknowledgement,
We are more empowered and more in control to release.
You may have fear about some of the world events,
Possibly even just in your own personal life,
Nothing to do with the world around.
I'm just going to allow all of that to really come through.
And now what I want you to do is I want you to begin to visualize that there is a beautiful amethyst crystal placed on that sacral chakra.
And it feels so real that not only can you see it,
But you can feel it.
Feel that pressure on the belly.
Your hands may even be tingling with sensation.
Now this amethyst crystal,
In all its divine purple light energy,
Is beginning to flow energy,
Healing energy,
Clearing energy,
Into that sacral chakra,
Into that belly.
And as it does so,
The color,
That purple light energy,
Begins to intensify.
And so does its power to heal and release all that is no longer needed or is here for your highest good.
Look deep into this beautiful purple light,
And as you do so,
You begin to see layer upon layer of light,
Energy,
And color.
And if you look just a little bit more closer,
You'll see that these layers hold tiny fragments of energy vibrations,
Little particles that are invisible to the naked eye,
But are here.
They are always around us,
And they're making themselves known right in this moment.
And as you see this beautiful purple light energy,
You see the layers,
You see the vibrations,
The colors,
You see those particles of energy.
And even within these particles,
It starts to make itself known to you that these vibrational frequencies,
These codes,
These healing frequencies,
Are presenting themselves either in the form of numbers,
Letters,
Equations,
Symbols,
Possibly even further depths of color.
However it is coming through for you,
That is what is right in this moment.
And the more that you see,
The more that you feel into this energy,
The stronger,
The intense this energy becomes.
Yet still feeling so peaceful and calm and safe.
And I want you now just to bring this energy into the rest of your body.
That energy from that beautiful purple amethyst crystal,
All its layers,
Its codes,
Its frequencies,
Its energy particles,
Its symbols,
Its letters,
Layers upon layers.
Allow that energy to penetrate,
Entering through that sacral chakra,
Through that belly button.
Move it up and around your body,
Filling every single particle,
Seeing it move through the nervous system,
The cells,
The DNA,
Your muscles,
Your bones,
Your skin,
Your organs.
Really be open to all the sensation,
As you allow this energy to move throughout the body.
Really allow this energy to envelop you beyond your human consciousness.
Release all that you think is,
And just be,
Just accept,
Just allow in this moment.
And as this energy gains further momentum,
Grows in intensity,
It begins to feel like it's expanding your physical body.
And just release this energy,
Allow it to expand you,
Allow it to expand as far and as wide as it needs to go.
Sending this energy out,
Further out from the room that you're in,
Further out from the state that you reside in,
Even further out to the country.
Send it all the way out to the universe.
Know that by doing this,
Know that by sending this energy out,
Not only is it working on you and for you,
We are sending love,
Light,
Healing energy to our planet,
To nature,
To animals,
To the human race and beyond.
Even allowing us to send it to the universe,
Who provides us with so much love and support.
And with that being said,
Really feel into this energy of love,
And whatever it means to you,
For love has so many layers.
You may feel this sensation in your heart,
And just know that you are a part of this healing,
This strength,
This power.
When you form one of the highest collective consciousness team members right now,
In this world,
For this world,
In this reality.
So not only have you sent love out,
I want you to feel this love coming back to you with so much strength and gratitude.
Feel it wash over you,
Bringing a sense of calm and peace.
And I just want you to really stay in this moment,
Really embrace these sensations,
Any feelings,
Any messages,
Any images that are coming to you.
Stay with it,
Feel into it.
If it feels overwhelming,
That's completely okay.
Love in itself,
In all its form,
Can be very overwhelming in a very beautiful and positive way.
And just continue to breathe in this purple light energy,
The love from all these people,
This planet,
This universe,
Everything that you've sent out,
Coming back to you with gratitude,
For the time you've taken today to do this meditative healing,
And the kindness and compassion and patience that you have in a time where there is uncertainty.
And with so much love from the universe,
May you be accepting of this in this moment.
Continue to breathe,
Breathing in and out.
Taking in a few deep breaths here,
Inhale and exhale,
And allowing yourself just to gently return your focus back to your heart center.
Feeling into this space,
Hearing the heartbeat,
Coming back into your body,
Coming back into this present moment.
Gently moving your hands and feet,
Bringing movement back to the body,
And gently opening your eyes.
Remain still,
Be silent,
And just feel into this sacred space that you've created.
Feel into this inner peace,
A heightened state of clarity and guidance and wisdom,
Coming from within and the universe.
And may you always have access to this feeling,
This sensation,
This healing.
Not only through this meditative healing experience,
But through the intent of bringing you back into this place.
