I'll ask you now just to find a place where you can sit back or lay down,
Where you won't be disturbed and you're comfortable.
And as you lay there just focusing on your breath,
You can keep your eyes opened,
Just really connecting back,
Back to the breath,
Back to the body,
Back to the self.
And I'll ask you now just to pick any spot on the roof or the wall and to simply begin to gaze at that spot in a daydream focus,
As though you're looking all the way through it.
Now in a moment I'm going to count slowly back from 10 to 1 and with each backward count I want you to simply relax a little more and any time before I get to 1,
I want you to simply allow your eyes to close and my voice will go with you now from 10,

Now I want you to take a long slow deep breath and to fill your lungs with air,
Hold it until it's comfortable to let it go.
Now take another long slow breath of relaxation and flood that relaxation to every cell in your body and then let it go.
Now I want you to form a pleasant feeling just above the outside of the top of your head and you can attach that pleasant feeling to your mind's eye and begin to flow it over your scalp,
Down into your forehead,
Through your face,
Into your jaw,
Around into the back of your head,
Then down into the tiny little muscles in the back of your neck.
They relax,
They let go,
They let go and you go deeper.
Your mind may wander and drift back again,
That's fine.
As you now flood that relaxing feeling down into your shoulder muscles,
Then into your biceps and your triceps,
Going deeper now as you flow that feeling through your elbows,
Into your forearms,
Through your wrists and into your hands and into your fingers.
Now as you continue to relax more and more with each comfortable breath that you take,
You can now flow that feeling down into the top of your back and around into the broad muscles of your chest,
Then into your lower back and then around into your stomach.
As you continue to go deeper now and move that feeling down into your hips,
Through your glutes,
Making you deeper and deeper.
As you flow it down into your thighs,
Sliding through your kneecaps and down into your shins and calves,
Comfortably through your ankles and into your feet and toes,
Making you deeper and deeper.
The deeper you go,
The better you feel and the better you feel,
The deeper you go.
Follow my count much deeper and my voice will go with you now from 10,

Now gently begin to take your awareness into your heart space,
Take all of your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Your emotions,
Any physical ailments coming into that heart space,
Allowing all that heaviness from the day to begin to be healed,
To be released as you sit more and more into your heart space.
And as you're feeling into the heart space,
I'm going to begin to allow the beautiful energy of the divine source of universe,
Allowing it to come in through the body,
Being open to any sensation as it does,
All the while you're keeping your awareness at your heart space.
And as this energy from divine comes into your body,
It may come in through the top of your head or may even come through the palms of your hands,
Possibly even into the heart,
However it wishes to come through and make itself known.
Just allow that,
Allow that process,
Allow that energy to come into your physical body.
And with every inhale that beautiful light fills your entire body and with every exhale you relax even more,
Going deeper and deeper in relaxation here.
And we'll stay here for a few moments more,
Breathing in that divine energy,
Allowing it to come into the body and with every exhale allowing yourself to relax,
Release and let go.
And now on the next exhalation,
Allow that energy from the divine to begin to expand your body all the way out to the size of the room that you're in,
Expanding it all the way out to the size of the house or the building that you're in.
Keep allowing that energy from the divine to expand you even further out to the street block that you're on,
Seeing,
Sensing,
Knowing as that energy expands you even further out to the suburb that you're in.
Keep going further,
Expanding all the way out to the state,
The country,
Expanding further out to the size of the world,
Expanding even further out to the stars,
The planets,
The galaxy.
Continue expanding all the way out into the universe.
And now that you're in the universe,
At one with the universe,
Allow yourself to float in this deep relaxation,
Allow yourself to float in this deep relaxation,
In this space of infinite possibility.
And just for a few moments here,
Just allowing yourself to feel into any sensation as you connect and become one with the all that is.
And as you're in this space,
Begin to harness and allow the beautiful energy of creation to flood every part of your being,
Every part of your soul that's connecting to the universe in this moment.
Remember staying as one with the universe,
You're just feeling into that beautiful energy of creation and taking a few moments here to create your intent.
What is it that you want to create?
What is that you want to bring into your reality?
Allow yourself to see that,
To feel that,
To know that.
And as you connect with the energy of creation,
Or being in the presence of the universe and having a clear intent of what it is you want to bring into your reality,
Begin to ask yourself,
If this intent,
If this reality came to fruition,
Would you do with it?
What will it allow you to do?
What will it give you?
And when you have that clear message in your mind,
In your body,
And allow yourself to feel how it would make you feel,
If that which you wish to create,
To bring in your to your reality,
How would it make you feel?
Would you feel joyful?
Would it make you happy?
Would you be even more grateful for trusting in the process of the universe?
Just allow yourself now to feel into that beautiful energy of that which you wish to create,
And what you would do with that creation.
How would it better your life,
Or the people around you?
And then how does that make you feel?
Feeling into that beauty,
Feeling into that happiness,
The joy,
The bliss.
Does it make you feel empowered,
Courageous?
Does it make you feel more spiritually evolved?
Make you feel more love?
However it makes you feel,
Feel that,
Feel that deeply,
Feel that strongly,
And be grateful for those feelings.
And now that you have your intent,
You know what you would do if that became a reality for you,
And you now know how it feels.
Begin to bring all of that back into your heart space.
Really allow your heart,
Your emotions,
Your body to feel,
Feel here in the physical world,
The here and the now.
Allow it to flood every cell of your body,
Feeling in this moment that that you wish to create has not only heard you,
But is now connected from the spiritual body directly into the physical body.
And begin to feel into the gratitude,
Be thankful for the energy that has allowed you to bring this in to your reality.
And remember this moment,
Remember this feeling,
How it feels to be at one with the universe,
With yourself,
And that that you wish to create.
And as you feel all that energy running through your entire body from the top of the head to the tips of the toes,
Take a deep breath in,
And on the exhale,
Allowing all of that energy to anchor into your physical body.
And we'll do it two more times,
Breathing in,
Feeling all that love,
The gratitude,
The bliss,
And on the exhale,
Realizing your creation has come to life.
And last time,
Deep inhale here,
Hold it,
And let it go,
And allow yourself to return to normal breathing,
Connecting back to the breath,
The natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale,
Feeling into your body.
And to bring you back to full alertness,
I'm going to count slowly from one to ten.
And with each forward count,
You will come a little more alert.
Your eyes can remain comfortably closed until I get to ten.
Then when I do get to ten,
Your eyes will open,
And you will come back to complete full alertness,
Feeling as if you've had a very brief and beneficial sleep.
You'll be refreshed,
Alert,
And pleasantly happy,
And remembering all the beautiful visions,
Messages,
Energy,
Sensations,
Whatever came to you during this creation time.
So for now,
One,
Feeling just fine,
Two,
Three,
Beginning to feel so very,
Very good,
Four,
Five,
Cheerful,
Happy,
Confident,
Six,
All that you wish to create is in your reality,
Seven,
Eight,
Your conscious mind comes clear and fully alert,
Nine,
Your body comes back to full and pleasant sensation,
Feeling terrific,
And ten,
Eyes open,
Fully alert now.
