Anywhere,
When you need to establish a sense of calm,
Steady presence.
Let's take a moment,
Wherever you are,
To feel into the rhythm of your breath,
To notice where in your body you most experience the sensation of breathing.
And in a moment,
We'll breathe in to the count of four,
Hold for the count of four,
And then breathe out as long and as slow and as smooth as possible.
So please just release all of your breath.
Exhale,
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Slow,
Smooth,
As long as you can.
And from here,
You can simply go on about your day.
