Sacral Chakra Activation.

Today we'll focus on the sacral or navel chakra located at the level of the sacrum which houses our creativity and passion.

So find yourself in a comfortable position in which your spine is erect,

Whether sitting up or lying down.

And take three deep grounding breaths into your belly,

Feeling the air moving down your spinal column and anchoring you into the center of the earth.

With each breath in,

Feel your body filling with light.

And with each exhale,

Release any tension from your body.

This potent earth energy is forming a pillar of light through and around your body.

Feel it shoot up into the heavens,

Connecting to the source of all that is.

You may visualize your pillar of light connecting in at the very heart of the sun,

Creating a channel through which your pillar fills up with warm,

Golden,

Glowing light.

To begin this activation,

We'll call in Archangel Gabriel,

Guardian of the sacred space of creation.

Move your awareness into your heart center and notice how it feels.

Then repeat Gabriel three times out loud or to yourself.

Gabriel,

Gabriel,

Gabriel.

Notice the shifts in your heart space and in your entire being.

They may be subtle or more pronounced,

Depending on your sensitivity to energy.

These shifts you're noticing are Archangel Gabriel's energy signature.

She uses them to make herself known to you.

Anchor in the feeling state of her presence.

You may notice it or choose to call upon her at future times.

And this is your gateway to communication with her.

You may know that Gabriel is also called Gabriel and that all angels are beyond sex or gender.

But they can make themselves known to us in particular ways,

Given the work at hand.

And for the purposes of our activation today.

We felt moved to call upon her female presence.

Welcome in,

Gabriel,

With gratitude and appreciation.

She will be our guide and healer on this journey.

The journey to the root of our fiery life force energy.

We will also call upon Archangel Metatron to help us at this time.

With the support of the Archangels,

We're going to do a cleanse of the entire chakra system and especially the sacral chakra.

Picture the orange ball of light that sits toward the bottom of your spine.

Move around it in your mind's eye.

If there's anything you notice that doesn't belong in your sacral chakra,

An object or distortion.

Pretend for any messages it has for you to be shared.

Open your awareness to any impressions that arise.

Then,

If you feel moved to do so,

Invite that object to leave of your own free will.

Then watch it being escorted out.

You may repeat this process for any objects that you notice.

Feel pure white light moving through the pillar of light from the center of the sun all the way through your crown chakra and down into and through your sacral chakra.

Allow this light to carry any stuck residues downwards into the center of the earth.

Imagine that you have a clear crystal prism in your hand.

Feel its weight in your hand,

Its buoyancy.

Once you have a sense of its energy,

Lift it and place it on the crown of your head.

This crystal will be amplifying our awareness of your energy centers.

Feel the prism drop in through your crown chakra and move into place behind your third eye,

The space between your eyebrows.

Now feel it move down into your throat,

Down into your heart,

Into your solar plexus,

Into your sacrum.

If you're unsure of where the sacrum is,

It's just below your navel at the level of that hard bone in your lower back.

Feel and imagine the crystalline prism coming to rest at the very center of your navel chakra.

Feel the prism sitting there and imagine a stream of light entering through your sacrum,

Moving through the heart of the prism and out the front body below your navel.

Notice what happens to the light as it moves through the prism.

What color does it have?

What does it feel like in your body?

Whatever comes up is just right.

Now move your awareness into the very center of the crystal.

What does it feel like to be at the apex of that movement of light?

Imagine your whole body sitting in there like a yogi or yogini.

What happens to your body as you bathe in that amplified crystalline energy?

The sensations that you're experiencing in your body are a fractal,

A microcosm of the way your sacral chakra channels prana or life force energy through your body.

Familiarize with yourself with its sensations.

What do you feel like doing with this energy?

What would be a glorious expression of this prana,

This chi?

Know that there is an intelligence,

The living essence of the sacral chakra that communicates with you in many ways.

Notice your body pulling back a bit and seeing an eye at the very center of that prism,

An eye that radiates compassionate wisdom and love.

Ask the eye what it most wants you to know right now.

Then gaze into its window as you would at a lover who was sharing his or her secrets with you.

Feel its message.

Ask any follow-up questions that you'd like to know about.

Sit in appreciation with whatever comes up.

Now invite that crystalline energy to enter every cell of your being,

Bathing you with radiance and passion.

Feel your body and follow any impulses that arise,

Stretching or moving as it desires.

Honor yourself with that gift today and every day.

You can luxuriate here as long as you wish.

When you're ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes and come back to the room.

I burned up though at the end, the ‘prana energy felt like my skin was asleep (tingling sensation) and it just burned my body from the inside out woooh
