Crown Chakra Activation.

The Crown Chakra located at the top of the head houses our gateway to spirit and higher realms of divinity.

So find yourself in a comfortable position in which your spine is erect,

Whether sitting up or lying down,

And take three deep grounding breaths into your belly,

Feeling the air moving down your spinal column and anchoring you to the center of the earth.

With each breath in,

Feel your body filling with light,

And with each exhale,

Release any tension from your body.

Inhale,

Fill with light,

And exhale,

Release tension.

This potent earth energy is forming a pillar of light through and around your body.

Feel it shoot up into the heavens,

Connecting to the source of all that is.

Imagine your pillar of light is connecting in at the very heart of the sun,

Creating a channel through which your pillar fills up with warm,

Golden,

Glowing light.

To begin this activation,

Let's call in Archangel Sandalphone.

He's asking to help us open and strengthen the gateway between human consciousness and the spirit world.

The most balanced way to activate your Crown Chakra is to counterbalance it with heart energy.

So feel yourself dropping down into your heart center and take note of any colors or images that arise there.

If there is a dominant image or feeling that captures your attention,

It is meant to be part of this journey.

Address it directly,

Asking what message it has for you.

Know that your heart is a portal to the divine as love and self-love in particular help to unlock all the illusions holding you in place.

Through the heart,

You can journey to any of your other chakras and expand them on a heightened level.

Once you have completed this set of meditations,

You can revisit them again,

Having centered yourself in your heart first.

This will give you a secondary stairway to heaven reaching even higher and deeper than before.

From this place of expanded self-love and awareness,

Feel yourself journey upwards as if you're being pulled through a magnetic channel all the way up to your Crown Chakra at the top of your head.

The image Sandalphone is sharing is that of a son whose center is balanced on top of your Crown Chakra and the body of the sun extends downward into your head and upwards into the space above it.

This is the bridge between heaven and earth,

Earth being your physical body and heaven being pure consciousness.

Find yourself balanced in that very center like a child who has fit himself into a hollow tube.

Notice what sensations arise within your body,

Bring your attention to those sensations and observe them as they rise up and unlock the treasures of this chakra.

Sandalphone is describing this as a wave of energy that is alive and awake,

That is seeking out the next cells and alighting them like wildfire,

Burning off the old paradigm and awakening you to a new dimension within yourself.

Stay with the sensation until you notice it coming to an end.

It may feel like tingling or wiggling inside of you or a flood or a trickle or you might notice nothing at all.

Be gentle with yourself and know that all is conspiring for your highest good now and in every moment.

You may notice that when this activation completes,

Your awareness will be located in a completely new place.

Take note of this place.

Within it is a chakra that wants to work in concert with the opening of your crown chakra.

This is another doorway to consciousness that is making itself available to you right now.

Even if you don't recognize this spot to be a chakra,

Trust that it is a portal awakening a powerful connection within you to the divine.

Sit in that space and invite pure consciousness to shine in from your crown.

Now send a mental or verbal,

I love you to that space.

Now send a mental or verbal,

I love you to that spot.

Watch and feel what happens.

Beam some love energy from your heart to that place and notice what shifts.

Now from that place,

As if you were a magic pill that expands with love,

Feel your energy expand to fill up your body up into your head,

Into your heart,

Shoulders,

Arms and hands,

Down into your torso,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Feel yourself expanding outward,

Filling your aura with your newly brightened divine energy.

Sit and feel the benefits of your practice integrating into all the layers of your body,

Spiritual,

Energetic,

Emotional,

Mental,

Physical.

Soak it all up like a thirsty sponge.

You can luxuriate here as long as you wish.

When you're ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes and come back to the room.

I love this one! It helps me to accept the divinity within me

She was just a tid-bit fast, but besides the point. I had used this preset to see how it may guide me through my troubles...as i was progressing onward i had noticed that the "Meta-Magyqi" [Meta-Magic] Shackles put on me from the deity himself known as Father Time had become semi-tangible on the Meta-Physical/Part-Spiritual/Fore-Astral plane('s) of existence. And as i was releasing the specific energy as per instructed, i felt the Shackles around my wrists (and a few inches up my forearms) in particular: brighten, lighten AND dissipate in a "fade away" manner, But whilst this had happened:...the one's that covered the areas that consisted of the 'lower' half of my calf, all the way down to the lowest reaches of my ankles (actually bridging some, past the border onto the tops of my feets honestly), had really, REALLY tightened it's death-like grip. And the more 'said' energy i accumulated, and the more energy that I'd poured forth through'aust that region, the more entangling and enstraining as well as taxating, did the sticky/clingy metallic spiderweb like Shackles seem to have become. And so now my feets are ice cold, 'almost' to the touch too...not to mention that these "Shackles" are also the reason why I have been rendered incapable of walking for the past five months, since Christmas of this previous year to be exact. And so far, because it is of a Migyqi [Magic] Origin, traditional healing ( i.e. medicated pills, exercise, physical therapy, e.t.c.) has virtually NO effect to ANY extent. Any suggestions, feedback, or comments regarding this issue are much appreciated...
