Solar Plexus Chakra Activation

Stand in your personal power and ignite your inner strength with this meditation that will guide you to clear and activate your Solar Plexus chakra.

Solar plexus activation.

Today we'll focus on the solar plexus chakra located just below the point where the rib cages meet.

It houses your personal power and inner strength.

So find yourself in a comfortable position in which your spine is erect,

Whether sitting up or lying down,

And take three deep grounding breaths into your belly,

Feeling the air moving down your spinal column and anchoring you into the center of the earth.

With each breath in,

Feel your body filling with light,

And with each exhale,

Release any tension from your body.

This potent earth energy is forming a pillar of light through and around your body.

Feel it shoot up into the heavens,

Connecting to the source of all that is.

You may visualize your pillar of light connecting in at the very heart of the sun,

Creating a channel through which your pillar fills up with warm,

Glowing golden light.

To begin this activation,

We're going to call in Archangel Michael.

We ask him to bring forward his sword of strength to assist us in stepping into our own power.

Archangel Michael is asking you to take your fingers to your solar plexus,

That space in the midline of your body,

Just below where your rib cages meet.

He's asking you to open this space as if it were a closed flower bud that you were peeling apart.

As you pull open the chakra,

Feel its warmth emanating from the inside out.

Feel as the chakra bursts open into a giant yellow sunflower.

Sunflowers are amazing.

They are some of the largest and heartiest flowers,

Radiating strength and beauty.

They also provide nourishment from the center of the flower,

From the sunflower seed.

As you open your inner light,

Your solar plexus chakra,

You step firmly into your power,

Your inner beauty,

And are able to nourish yourself from within.

As your cup overflows,

You nourish other people from your strength as well.

Feel into the very center of your solar plexus.

Notice what sensation is there.

Does it feel tingly,

Fuzzy,

Or alive?

Does it have a certain vibration or frequency to it?

The more familiar you become with the sensation radiating from that spot in the center of your being,

The more easily you will be able to return to it on demand.

As you work through the chakra system,

You may find that you feel stronger or more at home in a certain chakra.

For some,

This is the solar plexus.

For others,

It is the heart or another chakra.

While each of them have different uses,

Stay alert to the chakra where you feel most at home.

This is where you can return to center yourself daily or whenever you wish.

Focus on the golden center of the sunflower emanating from your solar plexus.

Note that there is one sunflower seed calling to you.

It represents the true nature of your soul,

That perfection that you knew when you were a zygote,

A cluster of cells in your birth mother's womb.

Zoom in on that seed,

Which contains all of your potential in it.

Sense the wisdom and excitement for life contained in it.

That seed contains the highest blueprint for your lifetime.

Scan the seed and note that you can actually peer into it and sense those qualities that have the potential to come to fruition within you.

Take a few joyful moments to reconnect with the potential of your soul.

Now that you have reacquainted yourself with your golden seed of potential,

Pull it out and thank it for its gifts.

Envision and feel yourself planting this seed in the crown of your head.

Feel the sunlight shining down from the central sun of the universe,

Nourishing this seed.

Now feel it sprouting roots,

Which move down into your body,

Awakening your divine blueprint as it moves through you.

Feel the roots move into your third eye,

Into your throat,

Connecting with your heart and with your solar plexus,

Which gives a little squeal of excitement as it reconnects with the essence of this seed.

Into your sacrum,

Through your root chakra,

Splitting down into each leg,

Moving through the center of each foot,

And then extending down,

Down into the very heart of Mother Earth.

Feel the nourishment of Mother Earth energy pulling up through these strong and grounding roots all the way up to your crown chakra.

Now feel the sunlight meet that nourished rooted seed,

Creating a magical reaction that gives birth to the seed of a beautiful new flower that bursts its way out of the seed as a firm shoot,

Strong and hungry to grow and blossom into the all that you are.

Feel and see it growing larger and stronger,

Taller and taller until it pulls all of the potential that you are and all of the nourishment that you've been given by Mother Earth and Father Son to blossom into a radiant expression of the divine unlimited being that you are.

Feel how tall you can grow,

How strong you are,

How loving and grounded and magical.

Feel that beautiful sunshine flower that you are,

How your leaves open to pull nourishment from your surroundings and how your beauty nourishes all those around you.

Feel the core elements of your being,

That potential you saw in that golden seed blossom into the fullest expression of your being.

Watch in awe of your unlimited radiance.

Now sense into your solar plexus and note how that flower you found within is a beautiful flower that you are.

Feel your inner sun flower heightened and expanded with the birth of your potential and pull the energy of your newly birthed sunflower down into your solar plexus to upgrade and to become a new sun flower.

Feel the inner sun flower and feel the inner sun flower that you have expanded into while birthing and growing into your solar plexus to upgrade and up shift your energy body.

As it up shifts,

It sends an energetic reminder of your highest blueprint to all of your divine chakras,

Which upgrade their frequencies to match the resonance of your sun flower chakra.

The golden seed of possibility has sprouted within you and you have become an energetic match to your potential.

What is arising for you now?

Feel into your newly expanded mission,

The golden future that awaits you.

You can luxuriate here as long as you wish.

When you're ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes and come back to the room.

I recommend you take a few minutes and journal what you saw inside that seed and what possibilities you feel arising within you.
