A short time out for yourself for this guided exercise called BBB.
Body,
Breath,
Being.
First just checking in with the body,
Whether we're standing or sitting or lying down.
Just noticing how the body is.
Allowing awareness to flood down throughout the body.
Noticing any physical sensations wherever they arise.
Without trying to change anything.
Just observing.
Feeling of tension.
Sense of contact,
Validity,
Movement,
Moisture,
Temperature.
Any buzzing or tingling.
And then the second be,
Breath.
Facing attention on physical sensations connected with the breath.
Be noticing movement in the abdomen as we breathe in and out.
When we breathe in,
Be knowing we're breathing in.
We breathe out.
Be knowing,
Breathing out.
No further analysis or commentary is needed.
We get distracted by thinking or sights or sounds.
Just gently replacing attention on the breath.
And the third be,
Being.
Be being.
Releasing any effort,
Trying to do anything.
Releasing any particular focus.
Just remaining completely relaxed and open.
Senses are all open and awake.
Different sights and sounds and thoughts.
We're aware of everything.
Not entangled or caught up in anything.
Be being.
As we move into the rest of the day after this short check-in,

Noticing whether we can bring any of these qualities of relaxation,
Presence and awareness into our relationships with others or just into the way we do things.
