Welcome to the night reflection meditation.

You're welcome to sit comfortably on your mat,

Couch or your bed.

Take a position.

Breathe in and breathe out a few times.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

And as you continue to breathe in and breathe out,

Gently close your eyes.

Keep your hands in a giving position with your palms facing downwards,

Touching your knees or the floor.

Continue breathing in and breathing out.

And as you do so,

Gently take this moment and reflect on your day.

How was your day today?

Was it a great day?

A lot of good moments?

Was it filled with moments that brought in a lot of excitement,

Enthusiasm and a lot of love?

Or was it a day that brought in a lot of anxiousness,

Stress,

Overwhelming thoughts?

And that's a good time.

Continue breathing in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

When you reflect through your day,

Primarily focus on breathing out.

When you reflect on any experiences that were not good.

When you felt humiliated,

When you felt stressed,

When you felt anxious,

When you felt,

What am I doing in my life?

I may not deserve it.

Any kind of negative thoughts.

Take this moment and breathe out each and every negative thought you may have had through your day.

It's like breathing out through your system.

And through your knees,

Through the floor,

When you're touching your palms,

You're giving it away to Mother Earth.

Just release it from your being,

From your system.

As you reflect on those thoughts.

On going,

And continue to breathe in a lot of compassion,

A lot of love for yourself.

So you breathe in a lot of compassion and love through your nose.

And through your mouth,

You're breathing out any kind of experiences and feelings you've had today that were not nourishing,

That were not good.

Now gently breathe in a lot of courage for yourself,

A lot of strength for yourself.

And breathe out a lot of strength and courage for yourself.

Take this moment and fill in each and every part of your being.

And ask yourself,

Were there any moments in my day-to-day that I'm proud of?

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for my family,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

When I stood up for myself,

I went on to help someone.

I achieved something today that was not easy to do.

I took a moment to prioritize my life.

I took 15 minutes to bring in a lot of care for myself.

I took 10 minutes to pamper myself.

Take this moment and reflect on those moments of the day-to-day.

Where you were resilient,

Where you showed your strength,

Where you were courageous enough and resilient enough.

Continue breathing in and breathing out.

And start filling your body with a lot of courage,

With a lot of appreciation for yourself and acknowledging yourself.

And now gently ask yourself,

While the day could be how it went,

What were the three happiest moments of my day-to-day?

Did something happen at home,

Outside home,

At my workplace?

I went for a walk.

It was a beautiful weather.

I loved how the sun was shining at me.

I had an amazing coffee,

A lovely conversation with a friend,

A moment that brought in a lot of laughter and smile to you.

It could be anything.

Visualize those moments.

Gently keep your hands on your heart chakra that is the center of the chest.

Breathe in a lot of love for yourself.

Breathe out a lot of happiness for yourself.

Breathe in a lot of happiness for yourself.

And breathe out a lot of love for yourself.

Take this moment and fill each and every cell of your body with a lot of kindness and compassion.

And now gently take your prayer position,

Whatever that means to you.

And visualize your own God right in front of you.

And if you don't believe in a particular God,

Just visualize the universal energy right in front of you.

And take this moment to thank this energy,

Your God,

For the day that was provided to you.

And take this moment to express your thankfulness and how you felt through the day.

Definitely take a moment to add what you loved about the day,

What you did not like about the day,

And what you did not like about the day.

And if you feel like you are missing something,

What did you not like about the day?

How you appreciate yourself through this day?

What was the happiest moment of your day?

And what is that one thing you need to do to bring in a lot of love and compassion in your life?

Continue breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And do take this moment to pray also for tomorrow,

For a restful sleep,

And that when you get up in the morning,

It is a day filled with new opportunities,

With a lot of love,

Excitement,

Enthusiasm,

And a lot of compassion within yourself to go through the day.

If there is something you would like to add to your prayer,

Please do so.

Gently relax your hands and bring a completion to your prayer.

Breathe in and breathe out a few times and start to feel your body with a lot of love,

With a lot of calmness,

With lots of self-love.

Just cross your arms and give a nice hug to yourself.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Start preparing yourself to come back.

Come back to the room you are sitting in right now.

Come back to your surroundings,

To your body,

To your breath.

And once you feel complete,

Gently open your eyes.

I wish you a restful sleep.

Good night.
