Barley Dellaway

Barley Dellaway is a mindfulness trainer and primary school teacher with a heartfelt commitment to nurturing calm, clarity, and emotional wellbeing in both children and adults. As Wellbeing Lead in her school, she gently weaves mindfulness into the fabric of everyday learning—supporting pupils and staff to pause, breathe, and respond to life with greater awareness and kindness. Alongside her work in education, Barley is completing a Masters in mindfulness-based approaches at Bangor University, deepening her understanding of evidence-based practices that foster resilience, compassion, and balance. Her approach is calm, inclusive, and non-judgemental, creating spaces where people feel safe to explore their inner world at their own pace. Barley is passionate about sharing practical, accessible mindfulness tools that can be integrated into busy, modern lives. She understands the pressures faced by children, families, and educators, and believes that even small moments of mindful awareness can create meaningful shifts towards steadiness and self-compassion. Grounded, warm, and deeply human in her teaching style, Barley brings authenticity to her work—drawing on both professional training and personal practice. She is dedicated to helping others cultivate calm clarity and balance in an increasingly busy and challenging world, one mindful breath at a time.
