Mindfulness In May (Breath)

Use this mindful exercise for daily practice during the third week of May. The focus of this gentle session is the breath. Connecting and spending time with our breath is a wonderful way to remain present and aware. We will be choosing to focus our attention on breathing peacefully, whilst attracting positivity. This track is to give you the space, permission and moment to focus on your breathing.
