Hello and welcome to mindfulness with Ruby.
I would like for us to start taking a gentle inhale through the nose.
And then slowly and calmly exhaling through the mouth.
Slowly inhaling in through the nose and then breathing out as you calmly close your eyes.
In this practice we are going to focus our attention on the breath.
Take a sweet moment now to notice how you are breathing.
How does it feel within your body to breathe?
Allow your breath to cleanse and refresh your energy.
So as you breathe in choose to attract peace,
Joy and gratitude.
And then as you breathe out choose to part with any worrying thoughts.
Allow that to leave your mind,
To leave your body and to leave your breath for this moment.
So again as you breathe in choose to attract peace,
Joy and gratitude.
And then as you breathe out choose to part with any worrying thoughts.
Give yourself permission to just breathe.
Breathing peacefully,
Full of peace.
And then as you breathe out choose to part with any worrying thoughts.
On your next exhale you can start to gently open your eyes and continue the rest of your day or night.
