Find a comfy spot to rest.

You can either lie down or sit down somewhere soft.

Let your body relax.

And as you close your eyes,

Take a big,

Deep breath in.

Then let it out slowly.

Imagine you're breathing in a calmness and breathing out any worries.

Let's get ready to drift into a peaceful world under the light of the moon.

Now that we're feeling peaceful,

Let's go on a magical journey.

Imagine you're standing in a quiet field under a big,

Beautiful moon.

This moon is glowing soft,

With golden colors,

Lighting up the fields and the forest all around you.

The moon's light is like a friendly guide,

Shining a path for you to follow.

As you take a step forward,

You see a gentle fox by your side.

This gentle fox has bright eyes and a soft,

Bushy tail.

He nods to you,

Inviting you to follow him.

Together you walk under the moonlight,

Feeling safe and calm.

As you continue,

You notice an owl flying nearby.

She lands on a branch and looks at you with wise,

Kind eyes.

She hoots softly,
