Take this moment to slow down your mind and just breathe.

Take this moment to relax your body and just breathe.

So many times we go about our days rushing and stressing.

We don't even notice we are holding our breath and tension in our body.

Right now in this moment we are taking time to just breathe.

Too many times we overthink,

Constantly worrying or wishing things were different.

Too many times we slip out of the present moment and step into autopilot,

Causing our own stress and anxiety.

Take this moment to stop and breathe.

Feel your mind slow down and your body relax by taking this moment to stop and breathe.

Take a few moments to bring your mind and body back into the room.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and return to your day,

Feeling calm and energized,

Remembering to stop and breathe.
