Give yourself time to arrive in this place no matter where you are,
You are with yourself and you breathe.
I will guide you through the sea meditation that should bring you calm,
Ease and peace and as the water covers the sea your body covers your soul.
Become aware of the voice within you and of your breath during this meditation.
Repeat after me I am breathing,
I am here,
I follow the flow of my breathing,
My breath accompanies me and then listen to the sea.
While you're breathing visualize the sea,
You see the colors,
The waves,
The movement of individual waves.
How does the movement look like?
Fast?
Maybe slow?
Heavy?
Light?
How does the movement feel in the water?
Breathe and connect with the wave you're visualizing,
Become one with the element of water and continue to breathe and then imagine you're standing with your two feet in the sea,
Your eyes are closed,
You observe your breath.
How do you feel?
How does your breathing feel?
Light?
Heavy?
Do you feel relaxed and calm?
Or do you feel a twinge or pain in a certain area of your body while you breathe in?
Breathe in every cell of your body from your head to your toe and no matter how you feel you are here in the right place at the right time within you.
Just trust your breathing.
You feel more clarity and purity with each breath and then repeat after me as the water covers the sea,
My body covers my soul,
I feel lightness,
Joy and balance and then continue to observe how you breathe.
Give each breath gratitude and acceptance,
However that breath may feel like.
Observe it with love.
Repeat after me,
I feel lightness,
Joy and balance and just as the sea unites special creatures and energies,
You do,
You also carry many special facets with you.
You carry the depth and the vastness with you,
You are strong and yet calm.
Breathe and speak after me,
I feel lightness,
Joy and balance.
Be aware of the beauty in your life,
Feel the ease and love in every cell of your body.
Focus on your inner strength,
Your power and take this energy,
Breathe into it.
You are dynamic as the water and the sea.
You have all the beautiful colors as the sea.
No matter which obstacle comes across,
Just know that you can handle every situation with your lightness,
With your joy,
With the energy within you,
With the balance within you and the peace within you.
