We judge ourselves on many different levels. This meditation will help you to become aware of your own thoughts of judgement, to heal and to forgive yourself from conditioned patterns of judgement and fill you with love and acceptance.

Close your eyes,

Lower your gaze and try to bring your awareness to your eyebrow center.

Whenever thoughts are common to your mind,

Let them come in and see them go out.

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe out through your mouth.

Become aware of your natural breathing pattern.

Allow the exhale to push as far as it can naturally.

As you inhale,

Breathe in every relaxing energy.

Breathe in every soothing energy,

In every energy that is filled with love and bliss,

That is filled with love and forgiveness.

And while you're breathing out,

Breathe out all the toxic energy that you'd stored in your body.

Let go of the tension in your cells.

Picture how every cell in your body releases itself from the pain and negativity that you had experienced.

Breathe it all out,

Try it a few times,

Try it in your own pace,

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe out through your mouth.

And whenever your mind wanders,

Bring it back to the healing energy that you're breathing in.

Do that a few times in your own pace.

You inhale healing energy,

Let go of the pain by exhaling through your mouth.

You inhale healing energy and let go of the pain by exhaling through your mouth.

I'd like you to bring your awareness to your eyebrow center.

And while you're breathing,

You repeat after me,

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

I won't judge myself.

I accept myself.

No matter which direction,

Which path I chose,

I won't regret.

I don't.

We judge ourselves on many different levels,

Especially when we made a wrong decision.

Question yourself,

Is there really a wrong decision that I'd made or was it a direction that I decided to go with,

Which led me to other answers.

Because I wouldn't had found if I would decided to make the right decision.

Accept that there's no wrong and no right.

Accept it.

And repeat after me.

I accept the moment.

And I forgive myself for judging myself,

For judging the moment,

For judging the situation.

I am not the moment.

I am not the situation.

I am present and I forgive myself.

Allow this realization to walk with you alongside any obstacle you might encounter along your journey.

Give yourself the credit you deserve.

Repeat after me,

I have the courage to keep moving,

To keep growing and to keep healing.

I forgive myself.

Your body,

The cells within your body,

Your mind,

Receive this message.

You feel released,

You feel calm,

You feel balanced.

You feel joy.

You feel forgiveness.

Breathe into this moment.

Take this energy with you.
