Give yourself time to arrive.

Close your eyes and find the physical space of stillness and peace.

Whenever your mind wanders,

Just bring it gently back to peace and stillness.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Breathe through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

And then repeat after me,

I am breathing,

I am here.

My breath will guide me all along.

Breathe and feel the stillness within you.

Today I want you to focus on your first chakra,

Which is the root chakra,

Located at the base of your spine.

Your muladhara chakra connects to your sense of groundedness and symbolizes security,

Safety,

Stability,

Energy and health.

During this meditation you will activate your root chakra to feel vitalized and alive.

Continue breathing through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

Just try to breathe to a count of four and breathe out for seven.

And again try to breathe to a count of four and breathe out for seven.

In your own pace.

And while you're breathing,

Picture yourself walking through a safe and beautiful forest.

As you walk,

You notice the light shining between all the beautiful and colorful trees.

You smile.

You feel the breeze on your face and the ground beneath your feet.

You're alive,

You're breathing.

And you see the powerful roots of the trees in the ground.

Is the roots carrying the tree?

Your roots carrying you.

They give you the strength and stability,

The support and love.

You look up and see how tall the trees are.

And with every breath that you take,

You feel like becoming one of these tall trees.

You become bigger and bigger with every inhalation that you take.

Try again to breathe to a count of four and breathe out for seven.

And while you're standing in this forest,

Birds are flying playful around these trees.

The trees providing you shade,

Protection and energy.

Try to stay in that moment and realize how you feel in that exact moment.

Breathe.

You breathe in the forest's energy and breathe out your worries.

In your mind and heart,

You thank the nature for protecting you.

Thank the light shining through the branches for guiding your way.

And keep this grateful energy flowing in your heart evermore.

Feel how energized and vitalized you feel after that walk in the forest.

Your mind has the power to take you everywhere you want to be.

Your breath has the power to guide you everywhere you want to go.

Just trust in the transformations your mind can make.

Take a deep breath.

And breathe out.

And again,

Take a deep breath.

And breathe out.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back and gently and softly open your eyes.
