Hello everyone and welcome to my channel.
With the following affirmations,
I would like to remind every mother how strong and fearless she truly is.
Our mind is our biggest tool.
Try to use these affirmations every day for 21 days.
You will feel more empowered,
You will feel strong and you will remind yourself who you truly are.
As we all know,
Motherhood can be challenging sometimes.
There are days whereby you feel someone is pulling all your energy out of your system.
Your mind feels heavy and your body feels exhausted and tired.
You might feel tension and stress created by your own brain.
Sometimes we feel left alone or not appreciated by our partner or child.
There is a feeling of sadness,
A feeling not to be loved or misunderstood.
Just keep in mind that these are just feelings.
It makes you a human being and being alive means to feel.
Accept these feelings and transform your thoughts into who you truly are,
Not the feelings you occasionally identify with.
Find a neutral place and gently close your eyes.
And as you repeat after me and speak to yourself,
You visualize yourself.
While your eyes are closed,
You picture yourself in the mirror.
You see yourself right in front of you,
You look deeply into your eyes and speak to yourself and repeat each affirmation three times.
I am proud of myself.
I am love.
I am invincible awareness.
I already ate peace.
I am strong.
I am fearless.
I am a powerhouse of nature.
I feel joy.
I accept every feeling that I feel.
I forgive myself.
I am grateful for my breath.
I am grateful for my thoughts.
And I am grateful for my feelings.
I am grateful for myself and my children.
I am moving with positivity.
I invite loving kindness and empathy.
I am.
Take a few deep breaths and let go of all negative thoughts that come up in your mind.
Try to release yourself from any bad thought that causes more stress and anxiety by breathing in your own pace through your nose and by breathing out through your mouth.
Take your time.
Take a deep breath.
I am.
Whenever you feel tired or overwhelmed with your child,
Try to connect to your own inner child.
Look within you.
Look to your child from the angle of your own inner child.
Be a friend who is understanding to your child.
Be a friend who sets the boundary from the angle of a child.
And let go of your adult ego.
Just be yourself.
Just be.
And when you're ready,
Repeat after me.
I am in the present moment.
I am positively visualizing my future.
I am creating the present.
I choose joy.
I choose acceptance.
I choose love.
And most of all,
I choose myself.
I choose myself to be able to choose my child.
And to be loved.
Try to implement these affirmations into your daily habits.
You will feel much more attentive towards your own world of emotions and your child's world of emotions.
You will learn about yourself more and more,
Which helps you to understand the world of your child better and better day by day.
You will learn to be patient with yourself.
And you will learn to be patient with your child.
You radiate peace.
So does your child.
You radiate harmony and you enjoy the company of yourself and the company of your child.
Before you open your eyes again,
Look at yourself in the mirror,
Give yourself a smile.
Give yourself a hug.
Keep this moment within you.
And whenever you feel ready,
