Allow yourself to get comfortable in a seated position,
Allowing your torso to be nice and tall,
Slightly tucking your chin,
Coming into an alert but relaxed posture.
By closing your eyes,
Allow yourself to settle into this position,
Nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do.
Simply being here and now,
In this moment.
Allowing yourself to bring awareness to all that is you right now.
This can be challenging in itself,
Or really harsh on ourselves.
But allow yourself to simply become aware,
Mindfully aware,
Meaning free of judgment,
Free of criticism,
Free of shame,
Free of past conditioning.
Just allowing yourself to be where you are and who you are at this moment.
Noticing your body and how your body feels in this seated position.
Doing your best to allow things to be exactly as they are.
Maybe you're feeling a bit of stress or tension or discomfort in your body.
Becoming aware of that,
Doing your best to not try to change anything.
The awareness is the key in this meditation.
Feeling mindfully aware,
Accepting yourself as you are.
So just take a few moments,
Notice your body.

You you you you now allow your awareness to spread to your mind we have approximately 80,
000 thoughts every day and we wonder why we're tired at the end of the day when we allow ourselves to gently bring mindfulness into our everyday we allow for an awareness an awareness of our thoughts of our body and with this awareness of our thoughts we get to then choose and decide what is serving us what thinking what thoughts are helpful in our moments of life so when we bring gentle awareness to our thinking we have an opportunity to do better to think better to be more lovingly connected to ourselves so allow yourself to bring in some gentle mindful awareness to your thinking for a few moments just being the observer of your thinking mind you you you you you you now allow yourself to come back to the wholeness of you allow yourself to take a nice full breath in through your nose and out through an open mouth allowing your eyes to open and allow yourself to connect to this awareness throughout your day simply noticing mindfully and gentleness and enjoy this beautiful day
