Today we are going to this beautiful mindful gentle body stress awareness.
How you feel stress in your body.
What cues are alerting you to a stress response.
All useful pieces moving forward on your path to mindful living and bless.
So allow your eyes to close gently.
As you settle in and connect to your body in this moment.
Allow for a gentle scan.
Simply checking in with your body.
Allow the scan to move from the top of your head,
All the way down through your body to the tips of your fingers,
And the tips of your toes,
Allowing anything that you notice and become aware of to be there.
No need to change anything.
You may notice tension in your body.
You may notice discomfort in your body.
You may notice a holding within your body,
Or resistance,
Or an expectation for your body to feel differently than it does.
So allow yourself to simply open your awareness to your body at this moment,
As it is,
And I'll bring you back in a few moments.

With this insight that you've gained from this open awareness of your body in this moment.
Allow yourself to be willing to shift away from the idea of your body,
Letting you down or not feeling the way you think it should see if you can allow yourself to shift perspective of this insight that you have gained.
Can you look at this information differently.
Can you appreciate your body.
What is your body trying to tell you.
How is your body trying to support you more fully.
Is your body,
Giving you cues that you are in a stress state,
Or that you are moving in to a stressful situation,
Or moving through stress in any way.
Offer yourself a willingness to shift this perspective.

Now allow yourself to gently come back to the full awareness of your body.
Does this awareness feel differently now.
After a gentle shift in perspective.
Are you willing to allow your body to give you these gentle cues.
Are you willing to listen to your body and not have unrealistic expectations on your body.
But to allow your body to hold wisdom.
Your body is giving you an opportunity to recognize stress.
With this gentle body stress awareness.
You get to do what you want with this.
If you can allow yourself to open to your body not being the enemy.
But the holder of so much wisdom.
Listen to your body.
Allow your body to help you in your everyday moments of life.
When you're ready gently opening your eyes.
And opening to a beautiful inhale through the nose.
And an exhale through your mouth.
Listen to your wise body.
And have a bliss filled day.
