Imagine a beautiful golden light resting above your head.
As you notice it,
It gently begins to move,
Cascading down over your body.

Through your wrists and hands,
And out your fingertips.
As you breathe in,
You feel the warm light gently pulsating through your chest,

And down your calves,

And out the bottom of your feet.
Breathing in the radiant warmth of this light,
You settle in to its embrace.
And as you take this beauty of this light in that moves in,

You notice a path of light off in the distance,
And you feel it drawing you near.
As you move closer,
You are comforted by the glow of the golden light before you,
And you continue to slowly follow the path.
Allowing the light to pulsate through your body,
You feel weightless as you place one foot in front of the other.
With each step,
You notice that you are gliding in harmony with the pulse of this radiant light,
And you begin to dance with it.
As you look ahead,
A radiant purple crystal ball catches your attention,
And you move toward it.
As you gently pick up the ball,
You feel a familiar creative energy flowing through the ball,
And you find yourself mesmerized by its glow.
As you gaze into the ball,
You see your golden reflection shining back at you,
And you smile.
As you take a closer look,
You notice a pearl of white light emanating from the center of your reflection,
And as you continue to watch it,
You notice that it grows bigger and brighter with each breath.
As the light continues to grow,
You remember seeing this light before.
This is your light.
It is the light of divine,
Unlimited potential.
This is your unique light that you have brought into this world to shine through you,
As you.
And you remember that by tapping into this light and allowing it to move through you,
You have the power to create your life exactly as you desire.
As you return your focus to your inner light,
You receive a message,
A gentle reminder of the truth of who you are and the gifts you brought to share with the world.
As you receive this message,
A warm wave of remembrance washes through your body,
Leaving a tingling sensation as it passes through.
There is something familiar about this feeling.
