Hi,

My name is Michelle Joy and this guided meditation is called a blossoming of the heart.

So making sure that you're comfortable either sitting or laying down.

You may want to start seated and then move into a laying position as I will be asking you to hold your hands out in front of you for a part of meditation but still this is completely up to you.

Now that you're comfortable close your eyes and take in a nice deep inhale followed by a long slow exhale.

Let's do that a couple more times.

Taking each inhale and each exhale a little bit deeper and longer.

Relaxing your breath and cupping your hands holding them in front of you or they can be resting on your lap.

Starting with your eyes closed I want you to think of loving joy-filled thoughts,

Emotions,

Feelings and memories.

Visualize them resting in the palms of your hands.

Watch them as if you're watching them on a small TV screen or as if you were looking into a crystal ball seeing them as symbols.

They may even be playing out on a mini theater stage in the palms of your hands.

However you want to visualize it's completely up to you.

So as long as you have a sense that they're there.

There may be many memories,

Thoughts and emotions.

Maybe just a couple or maybe only one.

It doesn't matter.

Just as long as you're focused on the beautiful feelings of pure joy,

Pure love.

So much so that the edges of your mouth starts to curl outwards and upwards feeling an intense happiness and bliss.

I will leave you for a short minute to expand those feelings.

I'm going to bring your awareness back to my voice.

Still holding on to those feelings and emotions.

I want you to enclose your hands as if you're creating a cocoon around those feelings and emotions.

Feel them humming in between your hands,

Between your palms and your fingers.

The intensity of the feelings don't change.

They only grow.

Our weather,

They condense down and they condense down into a large seed about the same size as an apricot seed.

So you start to let go of the visualisations of the memories and the thoughts and you just hold on to those feelings.

And now they're nice and compacted into this beautiful seed.

Resting your hands up to your chest,

Resting your hands on your chest and the seed gets absorbed into your heart centre,

Into your chest.

The seed of pure joy,

Pure love and pure happiness plants itself within your heart space.

You feel the warmth of your hands as they rest on your chest and this warmth is the sun to help the seed grow.

The space around the seed,

Your cells,

Is the soil full of nourishment.

Your breath is the water to help the seed grow.

And then if you're sitting,

Feel free to lay down or you can stay exactly as you are.

If your hands on your chest or you can relax them down by your sides,

Whatever feels right for you.

Just having that awareness,

Bringing that awareness back to your chest with this beautiful seed of pure love,

Pure joy and pure happiness just rests.

Take in a nice cleansing breath and visualise the seed sprouting from its strong root system.

It creates a stability within you.

Then a shoot or a bud pops up from the seed,

Showing you your growth and expansion.

The seed has come to life from the pure love,

Pure joy,

Pure happiness you have cultivated within you.

But it doesn't stop there,

It continues to grow.

And feel the roots deepen.

This plant and this garden starts to grow within you.

It may be one big tree growing,

It may be a vine,

It may be an abundance of different flowers or different plants.

It is exactly how it should be.

I'm going to leave you for a few moments to watch your internal garden grow and blossom throughout your whole body,

Your mind and beyond.

And for you simply just to be with your garden.

Attitude is the heart of your yard.

You you you you you you welcome all theinger today disruptionsQuiet you now bring your awareness back to my voice just acknowledging the beautiful garden within you feel that stability for that growth and expansion coming from your heart feel those emotions those feelings of pure joy pure happiness pure love glowing from within you you just let go of the visualization come back into your breath taking a nice deep inhale followed by a long slow exhale just come back into your body back into your mind start to notice the surroundings maybe opening your eyes within your fingers and your toes glistening out to the sounds in the room and beyond your room that you're in but just slowly bringing yourself back holding onto those beautiful feelings that you've cultivated breathing deeply and coming back
