A 20-minute guided meditation on feeling the sensations of the body. Nothing needs to be refused. Let the breath travel the body without picking up speed. The clouds of thought haul across the sky. Let them come and go. Let the breath move the way blood moves: let it find its own rhythm.

There's no need to make any judgment if your mind wanders off in thought.

Just sense your breathing,

Be very simple,

And begin again.

And do so with a sense that you're going to hang in there,

Breathing in and breathing out one breath after the other.

I encourage you to let go of your thoughts in favor of hanging in there,

Absorbing,

Receiving the body's physical experience of breathing.

Be inside the sensations of breathing.
