Welcome to the spiritual recharge meditation.
In times of challenges,
We need power,
Energy and the ability to have a positive outlook,
To think clearly,
Gain success and not get trapped into negativity and poor choices.
This power that we need is the power of the soul,
The power of the mind,
The power to decide and to act.
And to increase these powers,
We need spiritual energy.
We need to increase the spiritual energy,
The spiritual battery of our soul,
To increase the light,
The peace,
The vibration of our soul.
And to do this,
We connect with our higher self and to the source of all power,
Of all love,
Clarity,
Joy and peace.
We plug into the supreme,
The ultimate power station.
And so in this meditation,
We're going to be increasing all these powers so you can create a successful life,
Make the right choices and have the energy to deal with situations that arise.
So again,
Just starting with taking a few beautiful deep breaths.
And as you breathe out,
Just letting your whole body start to relax.
Allowing your neck to relax,
Your muscles to relax.
And with each breath,
Just gently,
Softly letting go,
Dropping deeper into that beautiful peace.
Knowing that you are safe,
You're okay.
And just for this time,
Relax and let go.
And as you relax now,
Just become aware of your higher self.
Your higher self is the light that you are.
So allow yourself to see,
Visualize or feel a shining star,
A shining light like a mini sun,
A mini light,
A shining powerful light within you,
Radiating.
There is the body and then there is the spirit,
Consciousness,
The shining immortal light.
So just seeing and feeling that shining light that you are radiant.
A beautiful star,
Shining,
Alive,
Powerful.
And because this light is so powerful,
It is light is immortal,
Eternal,
Indestructible.
You are that light and you are safe,
Powerful.
Just feeling and experiencing that powerful energy radiating from this light all around you.
Powerful,
Shining light.
You are that light.
And as you become aware that you are the light,
That shining,
Powerful energy,
You become ready to connect your light with the source of all power.
And as the light that you are,
Bring your consciousness to a world of infinite gold and light,
Infinite light in all directions,
Trillions and trillions of light years worth of light and only light forever in all directions.
And just floating,
Resting,
Relaxing in this beautiful light.
You are completely safe,
Completely safe and secure.
And just allowing yourself to completely let go and relax in your expanded consciousness.
And in this light,
In this infinite gold and red light,
Like an infinite sunset,
We see the source of all power,
All light as a being of light,
Like a sun,
Like a powerful,
Radiant sun.
And we can look directly at this sun,
This light,
A shining point of infinite power.
And as we see and feel this light,
We begin to plug in the battery of our soul to the power station,
This light.
Just allowing yourself to be filled,
Be charged.
Infinite light shining upon you,
Replenishing your stores of energy,
Peace,
Love,
Bliss,
Power and inner contentment.
Just feeling those reserves being filled up as you see and feel this shining point of light radiating into you,
Your soul,
The light.
And giving thanks,
Giving thanks in your heart as you receive more energy.
And it's naturally feeling that thank you as you receive that light and power,
Vibrations,
Giving you strength and courage,
Clarity and freedom.
It's an ichroic being.
And you can be aware of receiving this current of energy from that light.
That shining point of peace in the world of golden light is shining all the way down into you this light sitting here in the world.
Shining that link of love.
And as you absorb the light you're breathing in and shining that light throughout your whole body and all around you.
So each in-breath just absorbing and feeling that peace and energy.
Giving thanks and shining it all around you.
Feeling more recharged with each and every breath.
So as you breathe in just filling up with the feelings that you want to feel.
Bliss,
Peace,
Strength,
Pure love,
Happiness,
Contentment,
Joy.
And then shining it throughout your whole body giving blessings to all your cells and then shining it out into the world as you breathe out.
Very easily just breathing in that light from beyond.
Feeling the thanks and then shining it throughout your whole being and all around you.
Very easy,
Natural and powerful.
And so as you go about your day you can continue to experience this breath.
And then connect your focus,
Your awareness with the supreme light,
The powerhouse,
The ocean of love,
The ocean of bliss,
That shining light of power that is filled with infinite eternal power.
And as you see and feel that light shining into you like a current of energy,
Like recharging the battery of your phone,
Recharging the battery of your soul.
Breathing in that light,
Filling up,
Feeling the power,
Giving thanks and shining it all around you.
The more minutes,
Seconds and hours you spend feeling that energy,
The more power,
The more freedom,
The more clarity,
The more vibrations of peace you will feel in your life.
And it all begins with one moment to connect.
As soon as you connect,
Giving thanks,
Opening your heart,
The vibrations start to flood into your being.
So giving attention to that light.
Wherever your attention goes,
That is your life.
So focus on this infinite light and power and you will feel the vibrations surrounding you,
Filling you,
Protecting you,
Energising you and nourishing you in your daily life in these unusual times.
You are safe,
You are secure and you are free.
