Return To Innocence Freedom from Guilt, Shame, Past Mistakes

Originally and eternally, we are all completely pure souls. As we come into life, sooner or later, we come into suffering. We make mistakes and negative things happen to us. These experiences can harm our feelings towards ourselves and others. This meditation takes you back to a place BEFORE you ever did anything 'wrong' or had any 'negative' experiences. This brings you back home to innocence and peace. By going into this experience, you can feel whole at last. Free at last. Home at last.

So in this meditation we're going to reach a space where we are beyond any influence of the past.

Any feeling of wrong things being done to us,

Any feeling that we've made mistakes,

Any feeling of guilt or hidden guilt,

Shame,

Any feeling that there's something wrong with us,

Any feeling that there is something missing or something stained or something broken.

We're going to come back to a place that we all have a place of complete innocence where you have never experienced anything negative and you are a completely pure divine soul.

So are you ready to go on this beautiful journey,

Journey back to innocence,

Back to peace.

This is one of the greatest gifts we can give to the world and to ourselves.

So we begin just by taking a few natural gentle breaths,

Breathing very slowly and letting the breath naturally fade away as you exhale.

Just breathing nice gentle breaths into your belly,

Through your nose and just let it go.

As you breathe out it's like a balloon is just naturally deflating and just allow those gentle breaths,

Slow and relaxed.

Very gentle beautiful breaths.

And as you breathe,

As you breathe just notice that you are witnessing the breath,

Witnessing your body that it really does just happen by itself.

So just allow and witness very gentle breaths as if they're happening all by themselves.

As if it's happening to somebody else on a screen that you are a spiritual being of peace and the breath is happening perfectly according to the destiny of life,

This great movie of life.

So just gently start to step back and watch things just happening with each breath very naturally.

And as you breathe becoming aware that you are that beautiful shining consciousness.

Just visualize a shining light,

A shining sun,

A shining star,

A powerful light.

So on one side is you,

This radiant light and on the other side there is your body which is very naturally breathing all by itself.

And as you breathe just imagine that you are in a movie theater,

A movie theater with chairs and a big screen and you are a being of light and on the screen is your body,

Your character and the world.

Just imagine you're watching a film very comfortably,

Very calmly and on the screen is this character,

This person,

This breathing,

This occurrence of life which is happening according to the script.

So everything is exactly right the way it is and you are pure peace,

Pure consciousness and you're just watching it happen,

Everything,

The sounds,

The feelings,

The breath.

And so whatever happens,

Good or bad,

It's all in the film,

It's all in the movie,

A blithe.

And you are the pure consciousness,

Completely pure who is witnessing whatever happens as it is.

You are different and separate from the film.

Just imagine moving further away from the screen as if you're going to the back of the theater so the screen gets smaller and smaller,

You're getting distance perspective that you are the light and everything else is far away on that little screen,

Far in the distance.

And imagine that screen getting smaller and smaller as you move further and further away and as it gets smaller as if it's a very small screen far away,

It becomes black and white,

It becomes unimportant to you,

It's just going to happen over there far away.

And just notice as it gets further away that you can start to feel more relaxed,

That you are full of good feelings,

Completely relaxed and everything is happening perfectly,

Calmly,

Gently,

Far,

Far away and that little black and white screen is just a little bit smaller,

Far,

Far away and that little black and white screen as you melt into peace.

And let go,

Just let go,

Let go of the screen.

You don't need it,

You are full and complete.

And as you completely relax and let go,

Just allow that whole game of life to be far,

Far away.

And imagine yourself moving further away into a world of infinite light,

Infinite peace,

A sunset,

A huge world of light like a sunset that surrounds the entire universe.

Just imagine infinite,

Infinite space,

Infinitely bigger than the entire universe,

Golden light like an infinite sunset,

A never-ending sunset that never ends and is completely filled with peace.

So golden red light,

Like a most beautiful sunset and you are just floating very comfortably,

Resting,

Relaxing in the light.

And in this light you are completely free from everything in the universe.

The universe is like a tiny little speck of dust,

Tiny speck of dust in this infinite space,

Infinite peace.

And in this light you have no memory,

Nothing has ever happened and all that exists is your eternal purity and innocence.

You are a perfect child of God,

A being of light,

A being of peace,

A completely perfect shining star,

Perfect,

Perfect shining light.

You don't know anything,

You've never done anything,

Infinite peace,

Infinite love.

And in this light you are with other spiritual beings like you,

Perfect beings,

And everyone sees you as perfect and pure.

Everyone sees you as completely pure,

Innocent,

Beautiful light.

Anything else that has ever happened is far,

Far away in a film in the universe that had nothing to do with you and you are here,

Completely freed in the truth,

The eternal truth.

And you can think,

I am peace,

I am infinite peace,

I am infinite peace.

Infinite peace.

And the only thing that matters is the infinite peace,

The feeling of purity.

This is the real world,

The eternal reality.

This is the truth behind everything.

And everything else is a story,

Far,

Far away in a distant world.

It doesn't affect you,

You are in the light,

In your home.

This is our home,

Infinite peace,

Infinite light,

100% clean,

Pure,

No stains,

No negativity,

Everything is burned away,

There is only light,

Only peace,

Only complete perfection.

Fully own it,

Fully embrace it,

Fully become that which you are.

And remind yourself,

I am eternally a supremely pure soul,

I am eternally a supremely pure soul.

And just feel the difference.

One thing is the story of life far away,

Changing,

Limited,

Temporary,

Predestined.

And the other side is the real,

That you are eternally a supremely pure soul.

You come from the light,

You belong to the light,

You belong to the light.

And you can come back to that absolute 100% purity,

Innocence,

Freedom,

Right now,

Right now.

And all the people you know in the story of life,

They are all here in the light,

And they all have only love for you.

And you have love for them.

In complete purity,

Everything is clear,

There is no memory,

Every being is zero.

Only love,

Only peace,

Everyone,

Everyone,

Everyone,

100% has absolute love and respect and blessings and good vibrations for you,

Unconditionally,

Constantly,

Eternally.

So just feel the love and blessings,

Feel the freedom,

That everything is completely cleared and there is only love and blessings from everyone to you.

And imagine yourself in the middle of a circle,

And all the souls are giving you blessings and respect and love and celebrating you and from the heart.

God is giving you infinite blessings and everyone is giving you infinite blessings and love and smiles.

And you give infinite blessings and peace naturally,

Naturally,

All around you to all the other souls.

So you are receiving so much love,

Peace,

Blessings,

Unconditionally from all beings and naturally shining that out all around you to all beings.

So just feeling that beautiful light,

Completely filling your whole being.

And you are completely pure,

Completely free.

And come back,

Come back home to where it all began and where it all ends and where it all begins in this beautiful light.

And just feeling so much love and light from all the beings,

All the souls and the supreme soul,

God,

The creator,

Just sending you more their love and peace,

Total acceptance,

Huge smiles,

Huge respect and huge appreciation for your beautiful presence eternally as part of this unlimited family.

You are part of the family,

You are part of life.

You are part of the family,

You are part of life.

You're connected to everything forever.

And all beings are grateful for your presence now and forever.

And the infinite light,

The infinite one is shining on you,

Beautiful light,

Beautiful peace,

A beautiful raise of good vibrations straight into your heart.

And just breathing that in,

So much love,

So much peace,

Filling all the way up and shining that peace all around you.

So just naturally receiving,

Just like the sun shines on you,

Just absorbing that light and like the moon,

Reflecting that light throughout the entire universe and beyond.

Sending the light from this infinite peace all the way into the universe,

Reaching every corner as you breathe that in and shine it out very naturally and easily.

So you and you are completely stable in this light,

This golden light.

Everyone loves you,

Respects you,

You're completely pure and you just receive that beautiful light and shine it all around you.

All around you,

Completely natural,

This is just what you naturally do.

And as you breathe in this beautiful light,

Just saying thank you,

Just that natural feeling of gratitude that you're so blessed to have attained everything.

And you just feel so blessed,

You just give thanks that the one who is called the supreme soul,

God,

The creator,

The ocean of bliss,

The ocean of peace is shining straight into you,

Filling you with so much light,

Just recharging the battery of your soul all the way up,

Completely charged and filling up more and more,

Overflowing with each breath.

And as you breathe in,

Just think to yourself,

Infinite light,

As you fill up with that light.

And as you exhale,

Infinite peace,

Infinite peace.

So just infinite light and infinite peace.

And just shining so much light,

And completely recharged and smiling,

Radiating,

Sending natural blessings all the way from our wonderful home,

Infinite freedom,

All the way down through this golden light,

Into the universe,

Through the galaxies,

Until you reach earth,

This beautiful blue planet.

And just sending blessings to your body,

The vessel to experience life through,

Just sending it thanks,

Sending it healing energy to the health of your physical body.

May you have wonderful health and may you enjoy life,

Just sending that blessing to yourself,

And to others.

May everyone be healthy,

May everyone be happy,

May everyone be wealthy,

May everyone be free,

May all souls feel that they have attained everything.

And giving so much thanks to the creator,

To the ocean of bliss,

Ocean of peace.

The one who purifies all beings,

The one who is shining so many blessings down onto all of us constantly,

The one who uplifts all souls,

The one who removes all our sorrow and bestows infinite happiness,

And just feeling the vibrations and sending the vibrations to others,

You have attained everything and everyone has attained everything.

Knowing that you are completely safe and secure and innocent.

Just remember I am a supremely pure soul.

Just see that light that you are and remember eternally the truth.

I am eternally a supremely pure shining light.

And when everything else disappears,

That is all that remains.

That is all that is real.
