Many,

Many,

Many blessings and welcome to this next session in the Miracle Experience,

The Miracle Series.

In this session,

You'll learn how to use the Miracle Journal,

A powerful manifestation tool that combines the most effective methods to manifest your pure desires.

All in one place.

The Miracle Book has gone through about 10 versions and ended up with these four key practices to attract miracles.

In this series,

We'll be going over all of them one at a time so that you can dive deep into the Miracle Journal and experience transformation in your own life.

You can get a copy of the Miracle Journal in the links below.

And in this session,

We'll be talking about the first part of the Miracle Journal,

Sacred Appreciation.

So much love and heartfelt welcome.

Thanks for your beautiful presence.

It's such a joy for us to be sitting here looking over the red rocks in Sedona to connect with beautiful beings all over the world.

So the Miracle Journal is a very powerful tool to help us stay in our hearts and focus on what matters most in our lives and not get pulled into all the chaos.

And as we focus on what we really want to do and create an experience,

Then all these beautiful things start happening for us.

And the first step of the journal is Sacred Appreciation.

Sacred Appreciation,

Being grateful and feeling the gratitude and good vibrations for what we already have.

Now I'm sure that you've heard about gratitude before.

This is very common.

But the thing is,

Not everyone really understands it or practices it.

And even if we do,

We can always go deeper.

So this is something we can practice every day and we can develop and grow our Sacred Appreciation even more.

So we're going to go deep.

So even if you have a gratitude practice,

You're going to learn some new things today.

So what is Sacred Appreciation and why is it so powerful?

If the world ended tomorrow,

What would you miss?

If everything ended,

What would you miss?

When we awaken,

We realize that we're spiritual beings here in this beautiful world temporarily having a human experience.

And everything that we experience is a gift.

It's an extra.

Just imagine you've just come here and we can leave any moment.

So what we have right now in this moment and in our life is all a gift.

It's extra.

It's a very beautiful consciousness to have.

So when we realize that this is all extra,

Then we're just having experiences and they can end in a second.

And by thinking about death and leaving actually increases our gratitude profoundly.

So Sacred Appreciation basically is the art of seeing the goodness,

The blessings in yourself,

In your life and in other people and in the world.

So seeing it,

Noticing it and then feeling,

Feeling blessed by what you have now.

Feeling content right now.

Feeling wealthy now and giving thanks to the divine,

To yourself,

To others,

To Mother Nature,

To all the blessings.

Because when we have Sacred Appreciation,

We realize how temporary everything is.

How everything in our life could end in a second and everything is an extra.

But when we humbly realize that we're not entitled to anything,

We're profoundly blessed by everything.

So practicing Sacred Appreciation is one of the easiest ways to stay in a good mood,

A good vibration,

Because you don't have to do anything.

You don't have to change anything.

It's just a shift in consciousness.

It's free.

It's immediate.

And by giving appreciation for what we have,

We actually amplify what we have.

What we already have appreciates in value and worth and we become more wealthy.

And because we feel better and more inspired,

That energy attracts towards us even more good things to be grateful for.

And as we become people of appreciation,

So too we're expanders.

We're people of increase.

We help expand in our own lives,

Expand in the lives of others.

And so it's so beautiful because it's not even just for you.

The energy of appreciation is expansive.

And as you embody that,

You inspire that in others,

You expand that in others,

You expand that in the world,

And it becomes a very beautiful experience.

So gratitude begets gratitude.

Gratitude attracts towards itself more things to be grateful for.

Because once you start focusing on gratitude,

You start realizing there's this huge number of things to be grateful for,

Which we have.

And gratitude sets the stage for miracles and wonders to occur.

Because the more we live from that state of gratitude,

The more life will bless us with more beautiful experiences.

Because it's an inner shift.

Like right now,

I'm looking around in this room and I could ignore all these wonderful things.

I've got all sorts of fun little gadgets and books and musical instruments and various things and I could just pretend they don't exist and not really care.

Or I can be grateful and the gratitude builds a beautiful feeling.

Ariel is an extremely precious being and she's sitting right here.

So I'm very grateful for you.

And if you think about it,

Who would you rather be with?

Someone who's grateful or someone who's entitled and complaining.

So as we experience gratitude,

We experience success right now.

And then it gets bigger and bigger.

Wallace Wattles,

Who's the author of The Science of Getting Rich,

Said,

The grateful mind is constantly fixated upon the best.

Therefore it tends to become the best.

It takes the form or character from the best and it will receive the best.

So we become what we think.

And let's compare the difference between gratitude and entitlement.

Because there's one or the other.

So gratitude is a very interesting energy field.

The word appreciation.

I actually prefer the word appreciation because gratitude,

We were talking about this,

Gratitude,

When we say it,

People think,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

I already know that.

Appreciation is a bit deeper.

So let's look at appreciation.

The word literally means recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.

Valuing,

Respect,

Prizing,

Cherishing,

Treasuring,

Admiration,

Regard,

Esteem,

High opinion.

It just doesn't feel good.

You look at something or somebody and go,

I appreciate this.

I like this.

I cherish and I'm very,

Have a good feeling about it.

And I admire.

Yeah,

It's a wonderful,

Good.

It raises,

It makes us feel rich.

The other meaning of appreciation is the increase in monetary value.

You know,

Like home appreciation or wealth appreciation,

Gold appreciation,

Crypto appreciation,

Whatever it is,

Goes up or it could go down.

But as we know,

That appreciation,

Right?

So one is that feeling of admiration,

Gratitude.

The other is that it actually increases.

So these two definitions are connected.

The more you value and admire and cherish things,

The more they appreciate in value from your own subjective experience of life and the more wealthy you become,

Right?

So all we got to do is value what we have and it starts to increase without anything changing.

And I think because consciousness affects matter,

It's the loving consciousness of the observer appreciating other souls,

Life,

Nature,

Creativity,

Beautiful things that activates,

That enables,

That expands whatever it is we're focused on in increasing in value and beauty and appreciation and love and light.

You know,

I really think we are giving a great gift.

We're being bestowers as we appreciate because we can't,

When we're appreciating,

We can't help but showering our blessings upon whatever it is we're appreciating.

That just happens naturally.

And so we as souls,

As consciousness are bringing light,

Bringing light to so much in the world,

To everything and everyone we appreciate.

Ah,

Yes.

Doesn't it feel good?

Gratitude,

Appreciation.

Appreciation adds more value,

New wealth on top of existing wealth.

Most of us are literally sitting on a gold mine right now.

We're sitting on a gold mine,

But you might not realize it because you only feel the gold when you appreciate it.

One of the interesting ways of actually appreciating the physical things we have is to do a space clearing.

If you clear out your house,

Do a massive space clearing.

It's a different topic.

But I've noticed whenever I've done it and whenever we've had other people do it,

They've always shared that they realize how much wonderful stuff they have.

They hadn't noticed because it's in the back of a cupboard or they've just been seeing it in their peripheral vision.

When you pull it out,

Go,

Oh,

I've got this cool book and these magazines and this thing and this thing and this cook,

These clothes and this spoon,

You know.

So having that appreciation really amplifies everything.

And we can all take a few moments together to shower so much appreciation upon Brother Michael for initiating,

For his love and creating this podcast,

Making it possible,

Giving it life,

Giving it light.

So we can all just take a moment to pause and really just shower him with so much appreciation,

Gratitude,

Love for what he's bringing to us all.

My great appreciation for everyone here because we all get to enjoy transformation and newness.

So there's so many things to be grateful for in our lives.

People,

Nature.

I live in America.

I have a huge appreciation for the United States of America.

The constitution is remarkable.

There are all sorts of things wrong with every country in the world.

And I've noticed that people who focus on what's bad are very depressed and angry and they're not really having a good life and they're causing problems,

More problems.

People are grateful,

Actually making the world a better place.

So it's a beautiful thing to keep that heart-centered gratitude with us.

Appreciation is like turning a thousand dollars into two thousand dollars.

I remember having a client once who was very,

Very wealthy and all sorts of money and houses and everything,

But he wasn't very happy.

And I was helping him to just appreciate his teacup so that he could sit there with his tea in the morning with it in his hand and say,

I am grateful for this cup.

And it brought him so much joy just to sit there looking over the ocean with his cup in his hand.

I can resonate with that so much.

We have a mug set.

Maybe some of you listening have it too if you're in the academy.

One mug says blessed,

One says grateful.

It feels so good just to hold a warm mug,

Whether it has those words written on it or not.

That's something we can all be really grateful for.

Yeah,

We all love our tea around here.

So gratitude makes everything beautiful,

Makes it better,

Makes us feel wealthy,

Helps to improve our lives,

Helps to improve other people's lives.

What's the opposite of gratitude?

Because if we're not practicing gratitude,

What is going to happen?

The other side of the scale is,

What is the opposite?

The opposite is being ungrateful.

Right?

So there's grateful or ungrateful.

Complaining,

Blaming,

Criticizing,

Being needy and entitled.

The ego feels that nothing is ever good enough.

It's never enough.

The negative mind is fixated on what is wrong today,

How tomorrow will be better or how tomorrow will be worse.

It's never content right now.

And even if things are going well,

The ego negative complaining habit can ruin our life.

A funny story about this.

I was in Africa one time in Botswana on a safari trip in the middle of the middle of like this.

The whole country is like a massive safari place and there's wild baboons and wild elephants and lions and zebras.

You know,

It's proper hardcore middle of nowhere.

And I was in a state of wonder.

I'm like,

This is amazing.

You've got rhinoceroses.

I mean,

It's just incredible,

Right?

And there's this one woman who spent her whole time complaining that she said,

Where's my bread?

Where's my bread?

She wanted to have bread.

Everyone hadn't brought her bread from wherever it was.

There's all sorts of other food,

But she wanted her bread.

And all she could do is complain about not having bread.

And we went out on a safari and everyone had their tents and everything.

And we all had like little camp spot.

We all went away,

Came back and a bunch of monkeys had broken into her tent alone and pooed all over it,

The whole thing and ripped everything up.

Just in her tent.

No one else's tent.

It was beyond belief.

But I think she left to get her bread.

I think she's the best.

So like,

You know,

That may not happen to you.

I don't know.

But like,

The thing is,

These things do happen.

People who complain and complain and complain.

They feel awful,

Can't take advantage of anything.

And then bad things happen,

You know.

So I'll never forget that.

It was just classic.

So if we're in this,

If we're not in gratitude,

We're in this other negative state where we don't appreciate people,

We don't appreciate what we have,

We're always complaining.

And it ruins our life.

It ruins our joy.

It's extremely toxic.

And it's,

If you go on social media,

What is it mostly?

It depends on who your friends are.

But a lot of it is outrage and complaining,

Especially on Twitter and places like that.

So unfortunately,

This kind of complaining entitlement mentality is,

It's almost like an energy field that's swallowed up like a big monster that's eaten a lot of people.

And it's causing terrible pain and suffering.

So if we're not practicing gratitude,

We are susceptible to getting caught up in entitlement and negativity.

So there are benefits really on every level,

Our own inner experience,

The vibrations and light we're able to share with others.

And even,

You know,

Nature and the elements and the animal souls,

They flourish with our appreciation.

We have a little bunny named Sunny,

And he loves to be appreciated.

He loves,

He just loves that energy.

And he receives the joy,

The appreciation,

The gratitude,

And then he shines that back out and everyone who ever meets him is so appreciative.

This sweet little presence.

So we offer this to all of the beings,

All of life,

And again,

It continues to appreciate.

So we're very grateful for your beautiful presence.

And we have this choice every day,

Every moment of every day,

Am I going to be grateful and increase the sacred appreciation?

Or am I going to go to the dark side and be entitled and needy and complaining?

An extreme example of this that I heard from my meditation teacher many years ago,

Is this woman who expected everything to be just the way she liked it,

Very rich woman.

And she went to a five-star hotel and she got in,

I think it was the penthouse suite right at the top.

She went in,

She went into the bathroom and to her horror,

To her horror,

The taps were not gold-plated.

They weren't gold-plated taps.

And she freaked out.

She freaked out.

She said,

I can't stay in this crappy place.

I'm going to have to leave.

It ruined her stay,

Ruined her trip.

And she had to find another hotel.

This is a true story.

It seems completely ridiculous to us,

But this is how bad it can get.

But we can be doing this on a much smaller level.

For example,

You might go to the store and you might be like,

I like my special thing.

This has happened to me,

I'd have to admit.

I want my special thing,

Whatever it is,

Right?

And they don't have it.

They run out.

Oh my God,

It's not in the cooler or whatever it is.

Are we going to say,

Well,

Look at all this other great stuff we could buy?

Or are we going to say,

Oh my God,

Where is it?

How come they haven't got it?

Why is it?

Should I ask someone to go and find it for me?

Right?

It's really out of hand in the modern world.

So there's this paradox and this kind of shift in awareness that's going on all the time.

Are we going to see things to make us feel good and to accumulate in value?

Or are we going to slip down the slippery slope into complaining and entitlement?

It's a very,

Very interesting and ongoing insight within ourselves.

And just tune into the difference.

One is appreciation,

The feeling state of appreciating now,

Feeling good now,

Feeling good for all the blessings in your life,

Feeling good for your spiritual connection,

For your happiness,

For all the things,

The people,

The experiences,

Opportunities.

And then compare that to blaming,

Complaining,

Entitlement,

Never enough,

Craving,

Moaning,

Wanting.

What a difference.

And the reason we're bringing this up is because it's important to remember that if we're not aware of gratitude,

We're probably slipping down into entitlement,

Even if we don't realize it's happening.

So this is one of those things that we can just bring our awareness back.

And it's especially important for human beings,

Other spiritual beings in our life,

Because a lot of relationships fall apart because people don't have gratitude.

They come to just take people for granted.

Oh,

They'll always be there.

They're always around.

That's just how it is.

Rather than actually having sincere,

Meaningful appreciation,

There's a special being right here who might die and you're not going to see him again.

And they're here now.

So this is something we go back and forth,

Back and forth,

And we can develop it in our life.

And so too,

As we appreciate the knowledge that nourishes us,

The spiritual teaching,

Spiritual practice,

That grows and expands.

And it's almost as if it unlocks,

Appreciation and gratitude unlocks our mind,

Our awareness to be able to really receive it.

Because if we don't appreciate something,

We cannot receive it either.

If we're eating food and we don't appreciate it,

Our body is not going to really assimilate and digest that very well.

So appreciation and gratitude really opens the door for receiving,

Receiving on every level.

Because if we're not grateful,

We're not appreciative,

It's like it locks the door.

Okay,

Locks the door.

No more.

Removes it.

So really opening the door to receiving as well.

It's fascinating.

When we have that appreciation,

It increases in value and we can receive the value into our heart,

Into our life,

Into our body.

When I was growing up,

My dad's a priest.

So we used to sing,

We used to have a little song,

I can't remember what it was,

But,

For We Ate,

Giving thanks for our food.

And I think if more people said grace and sang a little song,

For They Ate,

They'd probably be healthier.

Apparently a lot of Americans eat most of their food in their car nowadays,

In front of the TV.

So that's not going to be quite as healthy in terms of allowing it to be digested.

And I've often heard in relationship situations that if you can give gratitude to your partner five times a day sincerely,

You're going to have a much happier relationship than if you don't do it.

Because otherwise we're actually just taking people for granted.

And that means we're slipping down the slippery slope and ending up in a dark place and things go bad.

Imagine someone has a four by four RV,

Right?

There's lots of vans if you live in America,

Driving around,

People going out into nature.

If they don't appreciate that van,

If it just sits around,

What will happen is it will gradually go rusty or it will gradually die and it will cost money to fix it and it will be a problem.

Right?

If things just sit around and we don't take advantage of them,

They actually gradually entropy.

But when we use them,

They increase in value.

And just to bring it home ever more deeply,

Appreciating ourselves,

Appreciating ourselves,

Having gratitude for ourselves,

Our very own being,

When we can appreciate and accept and embrace,

Have gratitude for ourselves,

We receive ourselves,

We're able to share of ourselves.

But it starts with that appreciation,

Starts with that love,

That light,

Appreciation and love for the divine,

The one,

The creator,

The store of life,

The store of happiness.

This elevated appreciation just continues to flow out,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding.

So also placing your hand on your own heart and really every day giving yourself that appreciation,

That love,

Gratitude.

Yeah.

Giving appreciation for the little things that you do and who you are,

All these different things in life.

If we are conscious of these things,

They grow.

If we are not conscious,

We go downhill.

So this is what we're really bringing forth is to make it conscious,

To actually make it a practice,

To pay attention to it,

Rather than just knowing theoretically that gratitude is a nice thing to do,

But to actually be in that vibration as much as we can again and again and again.

So how do we practice gratitude?

So in the Miracle Journal,

We have the first thing you do in the morning is to purposely,

Consciously pay attention to the blessings in your life and notice and value the blessings that you have now.

To really feel,

And the key thing here is not intellectual,

Is to feel it in your heart.

Feel it and receive the happiness from it.

So what you do is you get comfortable,

Get your pen and paper out,

Open to the page.

You can practice this right now,

You know,

Whenever you want,

Before you get a Miracle Journal,

If you don't have one already.

Just get your journal out and choose a time where you have some space so you're not rushed.

It's really important to give proper time for these things because if we're rushed,

We're not really able to be present with what we're doing.

So give yourself a little bit of space and then simply write down all the things that you're grateful for.

I'm grateful for God,

For life,

For my health,

For this person,

For that person,

For the weather,

For the sun,

For.

.

.

You know,

You can go on and on,

But the key thing is as you write them down,

After each thing stop for a moment and take the good feeling of gratitude and appreciation in.

It's like breathing in beautiful energy.

So the key thing is to go from theory to vibrations.

So if you say I'm grateful for the sunshine,

Then really feel the sunshine,

The blessings.

If you're grateful for someone in your life,

Really sincerely feel the gratitude and then tell them you're grateful as well,

Because otherwise it's just theoretical.

If you're grateful for a book you have,

Then give thanks to your book and read the book and use the book,

You know.

So this is bringing that energy very,

Very deeply into our hearts and feeling it expanding like a thousand dollars becomes two thousand and three thousand and ten thousand.

And then you do that one thing at a time,

Then you move on to the next thing,

The next thing.

So it keeps feeling better and better and better.

So as Michael was saying,

Really feeling it in your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Gratitude and appreciation is medicine for the soul.

So really cherishing those feelings and feeling how blessed you are,

Really allowing yourself to feel so full,

So full,

So happy,

So content.

Gratitude is this foundational step for miracles,

For wonders,

For manifestation.

As we talked about in a previous session,

It's all about the vibrations and the inner state,

The feeling state,

The love,

The joy,

The consciousness that we bring to our lives.

And that's what makes manifest wonders,

Miracles,

You know,

Beautiful,

Expansive,

Divine,

Supportive,

Benevolent things.

Yeah,

It's such a beautiful feeling.

And there's a wonderful quote from the Bible.

I'm not sure where it comes from,

But I've always liked it.

It says,

To those who already have,

All shall be given,

And to those who have not,

All shall be taken from them.

Very deep thing.

And my interpretation of this is that when we feel we've attained everything,

We get more.

And when we feel we don't,

We lose more.

And the interesting thing is that even if things are going horribly wrong,

Let's say,

Because it's all very well having gratitude when everything goes great.

You know,

If you're like,

Oh,

I feel so good,

Everything's wonderful.

What happens if it's all completely falling to pieces?

You know,

And you feel sick and have a headache and,

You know,

Pain and there's drama and there's financial problems,

Right?

Then,

Of course,

It's a bit harder.

What I personally try and do in those situations is to be grateful that it's not worse than it is.

Because it could be worse.

Do you know what I mean?

I mean,

I know that's relative,

But whenever I've been in severe pain,

I'm like,

Well,

Okay,

I am in this situation,

But it could be a lot worse than it is.

And what am I grateful for despite all these things?

Because it still raises us up.

And to explore gratitude for what life is teaching us,

What is life teaching us?

What virtues are we developing more through the hardship?

And that total faith,

It's often said every test of life is a test of faith.

That total faith,

Even if everything appears to be a total failure,

That total faith in the divine,

That trust,

And even just being grateful for that.

And the opportunity to deepen in that.

The opportunity to deepen in your compassion.

The opportunity to grow in your experience and understanding so that your capacity to love is ever greater.

Truly see these challenges as blessings and just the opportunity that you're given to turn it around and see it differently.

See the good and appreciate that.

And then things have a way of becoming good.

And one last thing to support you.

We were just thinking of doing this as a separate session,

But I'm not sure it needs to be a whole session.

It's just one extra thing.

If you're going to be writing your gratitude list every morning or every day,

Here's an advanced miracle secret.

So you write down everything you're grateful for.

You feel good about it.

You feel the good feelings.

And then you can sneak in some things that you want to manifest in the future that you don't have now into the list.

So you might say,

I'm grateful for God.

I'm grateful for my health.

I'm grateful for the sun.

And I'm grateful for all the wealth that I have,

Even if you haven't got it.

Or I'm grateful for my improved health.

And what happens is because the rest of your list are things that you actually do have right now,

Your subconscious mind will accept these new things as if they're real now.

So you can just add a couple of things that you wish to manifest into your list.

It's very easy.

And it goes deep and it allows you to be grateful for future things as if they're already happening.

So as we do this,

What's going to happen?

Let's have a quick recap.

Good appreciation is an extremely powerful and effective practice to feel good now,

To become richer right away,

And to attract more goodness in your life.

The more you appreciate what you have right now,

The happier you'll be.

And the more the relationships you have and the things you already have will appreciate and grow in value.

And you'll feel more content.

You'll feel more pleasant to be around.

Think about it.

Do you want to be around people who are grateful or people who complain?

Who would you rather hang around with?

So if you're a grateful person,

Then people want to hang around you because you're that kind of person.

And one of the fascinating things is if we can't be grateful now with what we have,

Then it was probably going to be very hard to be grateful in the future because the practice has to start now.

There are a lot of people who have a lot of wealth and a lot of things,

But they're not happy because they don't have the practice of gratitude.

I remember being in India and these little kids,

I just find it fascinating,

These little kids,

They're dirt poor,

Properly dirt poor.

Sometimes they don't even eat anything.

And they're playing with these tires,

The stick in a tire,

Like an old broken tire,

Like as a little game.

And they seem much happier than the American kids who are running around going,

I want this and why are you having tantrums in the store?

Because they have gratitude.

That's the difference.

They're not entitled.

So we can really feel so much better right now if we practice gratitude.

I still remember the bright,

Radiant smiles on the faces of the young woman who would be cleaning the floors in the meditation center.

They were so happy.

They were so happy.

They were so elated,

Just filled with joy,

Filled with love.

And that is the real wealth.

Spiritual wealth ultimately is the highest wealth.

And that then also can lead to wealth on every level.

So the practice of gratitude,

Basically what we're sharing is to make it conscious and make it an ongoing practice where we actively,

On a regular basis,

Bring gratitude.

So one is to write it down every morning and feel it,

But then during the day,

You can also shine gratitude and blessings.

And it doesn't have to be just one time a day when we sit down with a piece of paper.

We can be going on a walk and go,

Oh,

Isn't it wonderful?

I'm so grateful for this trail.

I'm grateful for the sky.

I'm grateful for the trees.

When we look at our house,

We say,

I'm grateful for my house.

I'm not going to freeze to death.

You know,

This is great.

So miracles are much more likely to occur when we're grateful.

And being grateful is in and of itself a miracle.

Being grateful is a miracle.

So just being grateful brings us into miracles straight away.

It's really our shift in consciousness that is the miracle that then manifests the further miracles.

So just this in and of itself is a miraculous experience.

So it's been really just such a joy to share with you today,

Feeling so much appreciation and gratitude for you,

For your presence,

For listening,

Being here.

What a joy,

What a blessing,

What a privilege,

What a grace to be connected,

To be sharing.

So our utmost appreciation to you.

So much love and so much appreciation for being here.

Enjoy,

Enjoy,

Enjoy.

Staying in your beautiful big smiles and gratitude.

Try it out.

Try sharing your appreciation with other people and being grateful for everything.

See what happens.

This is an awakening experiment.

See much love and talk to you soon.

We really,

Really appreciate your beautiful presence.

Yeah,

It's great.

And for anyone listening later to this session,

Do these live.

But yeah,

If no one was here,

We would have to find something else to be grateful for.

But we're very grateful for your beautiful presence.

So anyone who would like to share,

Ask anything,

Please go ahead.

You can press star two if you're on the line or type something in.

We can read it that way.

Juliana says,

Massive appreciation to you both.

Thank you,

Juliana,

For your beautiful presence and good vibrations.

Thank you for being here.

And Harry says,

I am grateful for you,

Brother and sister.

I'm grateful.

Thank you,

Harry.

We love you,

Harry.

You're a blessing.

Ah,

Yes.

It's such good vibration.

And as we said,

It grows and grows and grows and grows and grows.

The key thing is to realize if we don't practice it consciously,

We will slip down into the dark side.

That's not to freak anyone out,

But that's actually what happens.

So we're bringing it back,

Bringing it close and coming,

Staying in that space.

And of course,

Connecting with the divine God who is the ocean of appreciation,

Ocean of appreciation and expansion of all things good,

All things divine,

All things full of love.

So this Spiritual Recharge series podcast,

It's really all about that connection.

And as you tap into that unlimited source of appreciation and love,

How easily it flows,

How beautifully it flows.

And Shan Pen says,

Thank you for today.

Amazing.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I'm glad everyone's enjoying this beautiful session.

Anna says,

I appreciate your weekly life podcast.

Much joy,

Much joy to you.

What a joy.

Yes.

Yes.

I appreciate that big smile there.

Entitlement is very toxic and it has to be removed from our hearts.

Appreciation and the thing is,

What helps me personally is if I remember I could,

I could die physically at any moment.

Do you know what I mean?

This might be my last session.

I'm sure it won't be,

But it could be.

Do you know what I mean?

So then we realize,

Wow,

What a wonder.

Here we are.

And so much appreciation to all of the souls who have contributed to this podcast,

The different teachings and learnings and beings who have shared that have kind of inspired us and made their way into this podcast.

And so much appreciation to brother Jamin who edits it so beautifully with just the most beautiful music and delivers this.

We're able to deliver this to so many souls.

So appreciation for everyone,

Every being who makes this connection,

This gathering possible and beautiful.

So have fun,

Have fun,

Have fun.

It's really nice having appreciation for people who you see who might be strangers,

Like people at the store we try and make there.

We're getting groceries or giving thanks to the postman who shows up,

Delivers heavy packages sometimes.

There's countless opportunities for it.

So we're very,

Very,

Very grateful.

And there's endless opportunities every day for practicing this.

So overflowing love and appreciation for all of you,

Spiritual family,

Divine beings,

And so many blessings upon your experience with appreciation and the many,

Many souls that you're touching,

We're creating this divine ripple effect together and bringing a lot of light into our world.

Yay.

And Rosario says,

I appreciate Michael and Ariel and the wonderful people on this call on the Awaken Academy.

You really are a blessing in my life.

Thank you Rosario.

You're such a shining star over there in Canada,

Giving blessings,

Keeping everyone happy.

Good for you.

Thank you.

You see how appreciation and gratitude,

It's like contagious,

You know,

It's a very contagious energy and it really ignites the hearts of everyone around us and overflows and expands.

So beautiful to give appreciation and to receive appreciation.

We have Ken on the phone.

Brother Ken.

I look for faith every Sunday morning as I so appreciate having a spiritual community to join on a Sunday morning.

So well,

Actually noon now,

But it's still,

It's wonderful.

And so I also appreciate you both being so near,

Just even the knowledge of you being in the next door community brings a smile to my face.

So and Michael mentioning the red rocks,

I appreciate that.

So and also I appreciate your bringing up,

Introducing,

Well actually you introduced Sunny before,

But thank you for mentioning the animals too.

So I like that a lot.

I appreciate all the animals that I see and witness in the area and don't have one,

But now I can kind of adopt Sunny vicariously.

Sunny's uncle,

Uncle Ken.

All right.

But anyways,

Thanks,

That's all I really want to say.

Thanks for being here and providing this space.

So beautiful.

So beautiful.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Ken.

It brings a smile to our face too,

Knowing you're here as well.

Definitely.

And we're so blessed by this,

This place and Sedona,

The beauty,

All of the precious animals that we get to see.

And it's so beautiful,

So beautiful to be with you.

So thank you.

Ah,

Yes.

We love Brother Ken.

We're such a great family.

We have great souls,

Great souls.

Yeah.

It's our great joy.

And you know,

One thing,

If anyone wants to help more people find out about this,

You can leave a review on Apple on our podcast page.

I think there's a,

I think if you go to the app,

You scroll down to the bottom,

You can just leave a review and that helps people.

And then you can tell people about it and then come to the calls,

They can listen to the sessions.

We want to reach lots and lots of souls,

Thousands or millions if we can,

Because these things,

They're not really being practiced very much.

And if they were,

We'd all make the world such a more beautiful place and what a blessing it would be.

Imagine if all your neighbors and friends and everyone around you in a hundred mile radius will practice gratitude every day.

Can you imagine the complete change right there?

Everyone will be smiling,

Everyone will be happy.

So it's such a simple thing,

But we can really get the message out,

Help more souls.

And you can just share with one person,

Help them.

That's a beautiful success right there.

One spiritual family and really connecting again to each other as one family of so much love,

So much appreciation.

I guess we connect in this deeper way.

It really gives us all such a heartfelt sense of love and belonging and gratitude and that just continues to grow.

So really offering it and sharing it with any souls who feel called to be here,

To join the family,

To listen,

To expand in their own consciousness.

Beautiful.

Well,

We're sending you big smiles,

Big smiles,

Lots of love.

Thank you for your presence.

Wishing you a happy day and may your gratitude and good feelings continue to get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and may that radiate over and inspire those in your life.

And I'd like to give you a little challenge.

Try sharing your appreciation sincerely with people in your life for a week and see what happens by doing it.

Just try it for a week.

Sincere appreciation for somebody or some people who can,

Animals can appreciate it energetically when they don't speak English,

As far as I know,

But human beings can listen to your actual words.

You get good vibrations plus the words.

See what happens.

So much love and appreciation to all of you,

Each of you,

Oceans and oceans of love.

Looking forward to our next connection.

Spread the love,

Share the love and let's keep bringing oceans of light into this world.

And all thanks,

Praise,

Appreciation to the one,

The divine,

Our spiritual beloved parent who connects us all and makes all of this possible.

So many blessings.

Talk to you soon.

Enjoy.

Enjoy.

Enjoy.
