Welcome to the Higher Consciousness Beautiful Smile Meditation.
And to begin this meditation I'd like you to have a lovely smile on your face.
I invite you to choose to smile.
It doesn't matter how you're feeling right now,
Just choose to put a nice smile on your face.
Just notice how it feels to smile.
A beautiful big smile.
And keep smiling.
See how long you can smile for.
And as you smile,
Just looking within your heart and in your mind,
Behind everything,
As you smile with your face,
There is a spiritual being that is who you really are.
And this spiritual being is a being of light,
Beautiful shining light with a huge smile.
So you can smile on your face.
And you can also look within at the back of your mind.
The back of your mind sitting very comfortably is a smiling blissful being,
Very contented with a beautiful spiritual smile,
Radiating light.
Just notice this radiant smiling being that lives in your head,
The soul,
The self.
It's almost like looking around in your mind,
In your brain and realizing there really is this smiling shining being.
A being that is smiling peacefully,
Floating,
Floating and smiling,
Smiling and floating and shining.
And just notice the smiling radiant and the light and the peace coming from this being.

And you can even think in your mind,
I am a radiant smiling soul.
I am a shining light.
See the lights and feel the peace and the good smiling,
Happy,
Radiant energy.
Beautiful shining,
Smiling light that is who you are.
And go inside of the light.
You can see the light,
That beautiful shining light.
Just like a star,
Looking at a star in the sky.
This is a star in your head,
In your brain.
Spiritual,
Non-physical light behind your eyes with a beautiful radiant smile.
And let yourself go into the light,
Go into the light as if you zoom in.
Imagine going inside a star.
And as you get closer and closer,
You go inside into the light itself.
And as you go into the middle of the light,
Everything is quiet,
Happy and perfect.
Perfectly peaceful.
It's almost like coming into a safe place of radiance and shining.
Where you are protected,
Completely safe inside the light.
Immortal and at home and at one with yourself.
Peace.
And just breathing in that beautiful feeling,
That sense of freedom with a big smile.
And sending the good vibrations throughout your whole body.
Beautiful vibrations.
The good vibrations.
You and Just sending that big smile on your face and in your soul out into the world that you are the radiant being in the light as the light from the light self luminous immortal how would it feel if you really realized deeply realized that I am an immortal being I'm eternal and I've attained everything so keep that big smile on your face and in your heart and in your mind and you can come back to this meditation as much as you like many many times come back to the feeling and you can practice this on your own without any guided meditation just remember I am that beautiful light I am that shining smiling being smile twice smile on your face smile in your mind see that shining smiling being and let that shine and smile sending you lots of love and many many blessings
