Welcome to the Freedom From The Past meditation.

The purpose of this beautiful meditation is to allow yourself,

Give yourself permission to free yourself from the past.

So as we go into this meditation,

Just ask the question,

Am I willing to be free from the past?

Are you willing to be free and to create a beautiful new self,

Beautiful new life?

You're allowed to smile if you want.

And let's just take some beautiful breaths together.

Nice gentle deep breaths.

And as you breathe,

Just becoming aware that right now you are a beautiful being of shining light,

Shining smiling soul.

And you are originally completely free.

There was a time before anything bad had ever happened to you,

A time of complete perfection and innocence and freedom.

And so what we're going to do is bring into your consciousness anything in the past that you feel is holding you back in your life.

It could be a past mistake,

It could be a bad situation.

Just think of either one event or a few things and just gather them together like you're putting it in a package,

These memories,

These old things.

Put it all together like you're putting it in a box.

You can put tape on the top of the box.

And when you're ready,

We're going to give this box away,

Give it to a higher power who can take the burdens of the past,

Take it away from you.

So you don't have to have any of those things in your heart or your mind.

So are you willing to give it up and let it go?

So imagine the box,

Imagine that God is or the Supreme Being,

The purifier is right there and would love to take this box away from you,

Box of pain,

Box of old things.

Take a moment if you're ready to hand it over,

Surrender it up.

Are you willing to release attachment to those things?

And if you are,

Just surrender it up,

Allow that to be pulled out of you,

Taken away and notice as you start to release these things,

How much later you start to feel.

Just start letting go and there might be more things,

Just keep giving it up as if you're just being purified,

Pulling it out of your heart and mind and surrender it up,

Cleaned,

Being purified.

And every time you release,

Just notice how you feel a shift in your energy field.

You can say to the purifier,

I'm willing to give all of this old stuff to you,

I'm willing to let it go.

And just allow a little bit more,

Whatever is inside of you,

Just let it come out,

Like you're pulling it out,

Handing it over and creating space,

Space for a beautiful new life,

Beautiful new life,

Beautiful new self.

Freedom.

Freedom.

Freedom.

Freedom.

Freedom.

Just breathing in those beautiful breaths of freedom as you release negative energy you can open up to beautiful good vibrations.

And as you go about your day you can come back to this practice as much as you want and realise that you have the power,

You have the power to choose to let go.

You can let go of the past,

You can release that attachment and as you do,

Each time you do it you'll feel lighter or liberated and have more space in your mind and in your heart for being right here,

Right now and for having a beautiful,

Beautiful magical way.
