You you Perhaps you've been noticing for some time the things just feel a little different in your body Perhaps you've been noticing a little more anxiousness Maybe even waking up in the middle of the night or in the early morning hours Maybe you've even been noticing your heart just doesn't seem to quite be energetically aligned You're not wrong There is a global shift happening in the energy of our earth right now And it's affecting every being on this planet And it's an absolutely beautiful time to be alive But something truly spectacular is happening the collective vibration The collective consciousness is beginning to lift Consciousness is beginning to lift Many are reporting daily having feelings of ascension symptoms Feeling tingling in their body Difficulty with their breathing now is the time to go inside Now is the time to go within Now is the time to connect You too can experience the complete peace and harmony of the 5d level of consciousness And today I'd like to take you through a meditation That will help you find more peace with these symptoms you're feeling and recognize that this is a glorious part Of an ascension process.
