Your body is your vehicle for self-expression. It's unique to you. Only you can express through it as the Universe intended. It is a miraculous creation that is adaptable to whatever desires are rising up within you to realize. Your inner wisdom guides you and uses the feelings in your body to let you know when you're following wisdom or resisting it.

Hey there and welcome.

I'm Micaela Ellis and I work with people who kind of see their body and maybe their brain or their nervous system,

How their body functions or maybe their state of health as something that is limiting them or in the way of them experiencing the things that they truly want to experience in their life.

That maybe they see that it's holding them back from taking part in things that would just be delightful or things that their hearts are nudging them to do but they believe that they can't they can't or at least not until they make a change with their body or overcome their anxiety or you know get a handle on this overwhelm.

So today I would love to explore the nature,

Now broadly,

The nature of the body and sort of press it against the principles of life that that's my foundation,

That's my come from in how I see how the mind works and how and what it is we're actually experiencing in life.

So that and that is around mind consciousness and thought and what does that mean?

How does that relate to the body?

Well the nature of the body really it's a vehicle.

It is a vehicle that are that we use to express who we are and what we're about in this in the in the in the the words that we say in the things that we do in the preferences that we have.

So the body the nature of it is truly it's kind of like a sack of skin and material and within this there is this intricate system that works in miraculous ways to allow us to express and to experience our own expression of ourselves.

Now that's just very broad.

Now how does the and then there's these two things and this all comes from the foundation of the principles,

The three principles of mind consciousness thought that I referred to and there's two things that kind of come out of there.

Two truths that are true for everyone whether you have higher sensitivities,

Whether you're one of the 20% of the population that is considered highly sensitive like me or whether you're one of the 80% because here's the thing it's true for all humans,

All of us,

Humans,

All of us,

No exceptions and that is that you are being lived,

You are being your body is being animated by a an energy source,

Infinite energy,

Infinite potential,

Infinite creativity,

Energy knows no beginning or end and the possibilities that come from this space are are infinite.

This intelligence that is animating has designed and built this very unique system for it,

For it to express itself uniquely through each of us.

So even though the general design of the body is the same,

There are things that are unique to each of us that allow us to tell each other apart,

That allow us to resonate with one and maybe be repelled by another.

We have preferences,

Those are just preferences.

So that is one thing to one truth that is important to keep in mind.

We here on earth it seems that you know here as we're you know I have a body it's just like this is what I'm about,

I have brunette hair with a lot of gray in it now,

I have you know I'm in Canada,

I have a family,

I have you know all of these things I'm you know I can go on and on and it's like yes these are all the circumstances of my life and the body too,

The body is another circumstance of your life.

It is something that is outside of like the container of who and what you really are.

This wise,

Infinitely wise and creative energy and that is what you really are.

The physical point of view is like microscopic in comparison to the infinite energy that is living you,

Breathing you,

Running the system,

Pumping your heart,

Breathing in and out your lungs.

The other truth that is true for all is that you're experiencing the feeling of your thinking moment to moment.

So you're never really,

Okay let me say that again,

You experience the feeling of your thinking moment to moment.

You feel happy or joyful or you look at your body in the mirror and you feel or you look at the body your body in the mirror five minutes from now five minutes from now and it's like oh I don't mind that or you look at your body in the mirror before you go to bed and it feels a different way.

You hug your child with your arms,

Your body and all you feel is the warmth of their little or at all body,

The love emanating from it.

But really even in that what you are experiencing is your thoughts.

When you hug your child with when you hug your child with love,

Hug your child with care or concern or consoling because they've fallen or they've had their first breakup with their first love,

You feel what you are thinking about them.

You feel what you think about your body and that's why it can change from moment to moment.

That's why you can look back at pictures of you from two,

Five,

Ten,

Fifteen years ago and think wow what was I complaining about?

Moment to moment what you're experiencing,

What you are actually in relationship to and with is your thoughts about whatever it is that is on your mind.

That's all.

So I wanted to keep this a little broad and just let that settle and there's many places to explore.

What does this mean?

What does this mean if I'm only in relationship to my thoughts about my body?

Well here's what it means.

It means that if you're feeling anything but delight and happiness or contentment and appreciation,

It means that the quality of your thinking is providing a feeling that you're not really maybe enjoying.

If you think that you need to change your body in any way in order to experience or take action on on a dream that you have and it might be something very simple or it might be grand.

Or it might be grand.

It just means that you're putting something in the way of it yourself.

Your body's actually not in the way of it.

It will,

Whatever purpose you give it,

It will rise to the occasion.

Now,

I'm expanding here.

This is for another conversation but since I've said it,

I'm just going to temper that with when that wisdom within you,

When your beautiful unique essence,

That animating and alive that animating and alive energy is rising up an idea,

An insight,

Something,

An inspiration.

It's inspiration.

It's coming from spirit,

From inside.

When you have an inspiration,

When something comes up for you to do,

Those things,

When you just allow them and follow wisdom because it will not provide you with some wonderfully exciting idea.

Or it could just be a very everyday kind of idea to do this now or do that.

Your wisdom is guiding you 24-7.

It will provide for you.

It'll nudge you towards the easiest path to experiencing what it wants to express through you.

And then you get to experience it with the senses of your body.

And you will know when you are listening to your inner wisdom,

Your inner wisdom,

Your inner guidance,

The infinite potential that you are because it will feel good in your body.

There will be no tension.

There will be a knowing that you're on the right path.

Hmm.

This was such a huge subject and I did want it to go broad.

But there's so much here.

So I think we'll be exploring more and more.

So if you wanted to just explore something within your own life,

To just simply notice,

Just simply notice the feelings in your body,

The connection between,

Hmm,

What was that?

I'm feeling tense.

My shoulders are up to my ears or my jaws gritted.

It's just like,

What am I thinking?

You will probably know immediately.

You'll see,

Yeah,

I've been worrying about this or stressing about that or,

You know,

What's going to happen here or or maybe,

Oh my gosh,

Why did I eat that?

Or,

Ah,

I feel tired.

Just notice the connection.

It can be really subtle and it can happen so quickly.

Or you think something and you feel it so quickly.

And you can just feel it.

Quickly.

Or you think something and you feel it so quickly that you can't even recognize that a thought came before the feeling.
