Sitting or laying down.

As the golden light of morning gently enters your space,

Close your eyes,

Place one hand over your heart,

And take a deep breath in,

Then release it slowly.

Let yourself soften into this moment.

Take another deep breath,

Feeling the air flow gently into your body,

Like the first light of the sun touching the earth.

This breath is your renewal,

A gift,

A sacred beginning.

As you exhale,

Feel any tension melt away.

You are safe.

You are held in the arms of life itself.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Imagine it glowing softly,

Radiating warmth,
