This diet is easy for me to maintain and works so well.

Others are amazed at how easy this way of eating is.

I choose whole,

Nutritious foods that nourish me.

My fat cells are shrinking every day.

I am patient with the process of losing fat.

It's easy for me to eat this way and I'm making a permanent change in my eating habits for my health.

I am excited and enthusiastic about this diet and taking care of me.

I love eating healthy foods that promote my well-being and happiness.

My blood sugar levels are being normalized.

I am improving my health every day by making good choices for my body.
