I would like to invite you to arrive in this moment,
To be here now,
Let everything else just fall away.
This meditation is going to cover the counting breath technique and the way it works is simple.
You simply count your breath as you sit and so you're going to count one on the in breath,
Two on the out breath,
Three in,
Four out and so on.
You're going to keep counting until you realize that you've been distracted.
Maybe you've stopped counting or maybe your mind is elsewhere even while you're counting.
This can happen.
Once you notice that,
Go back to one.
If you find yourself reaching ten,
Go ahead and come back to one.
Keep counting up until you're either distracted,
You've lost your focus or you've reached ten and then simply start over.
This will be a ten minute meditation.
I will ring the bell three times to start and twice to end.
Now as you're counting your breath,
Make sure your breath continues to remain natural and unhurried.
You don't need to breathe any particular way.
Just let it fall naturally and begin counting.
