Drop into your body,
Close your eyes.
Focus on your breath to bring your awareness to this present moment.
Bring one hand to your belly and another to your heart.
And ask,
How am I feeling right now?
Tuck your chin slightly and feel the back of your neck grow long as you reach the crown of your head to the sky and root your feet into the earth beneath you.
Stand tall.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your face,
Let your jaw go.
Quiet your mind.
Let go of the thoughts.
You can pick them up later.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to be.
Just here right now with your breath in your body.
Allow your body to be nurtured by this breath,
The healing life force energy that keeps us alive.
Invite in the good feelings of love,
Kindness,
Wisdom,
And inner peace.
Breathe here and stay as long as you need.
