Hello my friend,
Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation.
Find yourself a comfortable seat,
Maybe that sitting cross legged on the floor,
Or sitting in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground,
Or maybe you're standing releasing whatever you may be holding in your hands.
Rolling your shoulders back and down,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling out through your mouth,
Breathe in through your nose,
Breathe out through your mouth.
With each breath you will begin to relax more and more.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Continue to focus on this cycle of breath,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow your thoughts to be still.
Feel a sense of calm radiate all through your body as you prepare for deeper healing.
When you're ready,
Invite the person that you have been judging into your meditation.
See them in your mind's eye,
See them standing before you.
See the details of this person clearly in your mind.
Allow yourself to feel any feelings of anger or rage or resentment.
Be present with your feelings as you breathe.
Deeply breathe in,
Deeply breathe out.
Breathe into the discomfort that arises from seeing this person standing before you.
And breathe it out.
Breathe in the feeling and release it.
See that thick,
Dark cord between you both.
Where is the cord attached?
Is it at your chest,
Your throat,
Or your stomach?
Trust whatever image comes to your mind.
See the cord clearly and prepare to cut it.
Prepare to detach yourself from the negativity and the imbalance.
You are ready to cut the cord now.
With your dominant hand,
Hold a bright,
Beautiful,
Golden sword.
This sword represents your desire to be free and your commitment to peace.
As you are ready,
Raise your sword and cut the cord.
See your sword effortlessly slicing through the cord and see it fall away to the ground.
Take a deep breath in and exhale a powerful sigh of relief.
The cord is dissolving.
As it disappears,
All remnants of the energy lift off of you.
You see this person standing before you.
See them in their innocence.
See them in their light.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Release them.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Continue breathing,
Enjoying the feeling of relief.
As you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Awakening your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your extremities,
Coming back into the room.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
