For this guided meditation,
We will be working on body love and acceptance.
Please take a seat with your palms facing up.
Take a breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Continue this cycle of breath throughout your meditation.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale completely out your mouth.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel your body shift.
Your muscles soften.
Your energy becomes free.
Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out the mouth.
Let it go.
With each breath,
Your body feels lighter.
Your extremities relax.
Your forehead softens.
Your jaw drops.
Your shoulders relax.
Your spine is soft.
Your whole body begins to release any tension or stress.
Every exhale and every inhale,
You fall more deeply into relaxation.
In this relaxed state,
We are very receptive.
Calling on your inner guide and allowing a loving perspective to lead you.
Affirming,
I release the fear of my body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I'm willing to perceive my body with love.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I choose to release the fears I have projected onto my body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I am willing to see my body with love.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I choose to release my fears.
Breathe in,

I choose to see my body as love.

I am free.

Continue that cycle of breath as you let the mantra guide you.

Take another deep breath in and release gently coming back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Bringing some life back into your extremities.
Take one last deep breath in and release.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
